Got in touch with floridatix as we needed theme park tickets asap . Booked the holiday last-minute so everything was a rush . Penny was our port of call and she was fantastic. Sorted the tickets immediately and then explained all about linking them to your disney and universal apps and all sorts of helpful advice . Penny gave us her email incase we had any questions as she explained that the staff at floridatix had been there multiple times. Great service , great price and left very pleased. If we are lucky enough to go again then Penny at floridatix will e our first choice

My experience with Floridatix was amazing
I booked my tickets with floridayix 2 years ago, when I had to cancel and rearrange they were amazing and really helpful. I have now booked my not so scary mickey Halloween tickets and again they were really helpful in getting those. Sarah and Penny are both lovely and will help you with all your questions and they sent me instructions of how to get them on the Disney app. Thanks ladies.

Matthew was absolutely fantastic in helping me secure my MNSSHP tickets. After trying multiple times on the website myself, I was worried I may have duplicated the transaction but received no confirmation and honestly felt quite stressed about the whole situation. Matthew took the time to thoroughly check everything for me, reassured me that everything was okay, and quickly identified and rectified the errors I had made during booking. It is such a minefield to get tickets for Disney and you are so careful to ensure you are not scammed. It was a real pleasure to work with FloridaTix, all the staff have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional and secured my tickets to Mickey's not so scary Halloween event. Matthew really took the time to explain the Disney App to me and how to add the tickets alongside the other tickets we have for the parks. I personally could not fault Matthew and his colleagues, highly recommend using them for any purchases.
