I found this company amazing I’ve used them 3 times now and always give the best deals and unlike most places they have amazing customer service who answer very quickly and are so helpful. My error quickly resolved
I didn’t realise that I had mistyped my email address until a day after ordering Disney Magic tickets (wondered why I didn’t get an immediate confirmation email!). Quick email to FloridaTix and Penny replied saying she had corrected the email address and sent confirmation of payment. Excellent personal service.

Wanted to change my tickets and although I had to cancel and rebook, this was a very smooth process and Penny was quick to respond to my messages and very helpful in sorting my new booking . After checking with other ticket providers they were also the cheapest. 100% recommend to anyone . Well worth taking out the protection cover too
