Purchased the Denim Tier dress. Gorgeous dress - I absolutely love it. Lots of compliments when I wear it. Ordering process with quick and easy, and shipping was fast. This is my second purchase from Florence Store and it won't be my last :)

Florence Store’s online service is easy to use and orders are dispatched very quickly. I have had no issues with purchasing and delivery and would highly recommend this store. They quality of their clothing is excellent as is their price point.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Florence Store. While the product itself was good quality, the sizing was completely incorrect—I ordered a size 12, but it fit more like a size 16.

When I contacted customer service for a resolution, I was met with nothing but rudeness. The agent was condescending, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. They flat-out refused to exchange the item for the correct size or offer a refund. On top of that, when I asked for a link to leave a review, they refused to provide it—clearly trying to silence negative feedback.

The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist customers is appalling. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help!

I was very impressed with the speed and design of the clothes. My dress fits perfectly and I am a red and pink lover so have bought several pieces so far. Good quality and lovely casual pieces.

I have had a few orders with Florence Store and have been quite happy with my purchases. Always fast delivery and relatively easy returns although only store credits available.

Unfortunately, I bought a dress which is stained, contacted them but they put all blame on me by saying they did water test and I bleached. The most disappointing and frustrating thing they sent me the parcel back. Didn't care of customer.

Parcel arrived quickly and pleasantly surprised by how nice the shorts and pants were. Both lovely lightweight material and look good on.
