Terrible company, claims they are UK based but the items come from china..quality is not as it is described..returns are even more difficult and shipping costs are sent back to china. Another shein like company. Do not order from here

Absolutely horrendous. The dress took weeks weeks to arrive and the the dress looked nothing like the website. The colour and even the cut of the dress were different.
I have tried to return the item but they wanted it returning to China. They sent me paperwork to accompany the return and gave me instructions but failed to tell me I would need customs forms. I’ve never sent a parcel internationally.
The dress was almost £70.00 and I’ve had to pay international postage only for the item to be lost in China’s customs.
I’ve got no sight of when the refund will be given.

Whatever you do DO NOT PURCHASE from this company! They are totally appalling to deal with . I bought two dresses and they took over 4 weeks to arrive and when they did arrive they were utterly dreadful- cheap and nasty imported items from China I would say .The products were so sub standard.Do not be fooled by the the website which looks good and the customer service - they do not do customer services it’s all a big scam really .One of your fake websites with fake people and yes fake items ! I have reported them to consumer rights in Scotland and I am now trying to get my money back via my credit card and bank provider .AVOID at all costs ,use the better known and trusted fashion sites for sure .I am sure they are in breach of European Consumer Legislation .

Avoid this company please! I bought a dress which then wasn’t actually in stock. Their customer service seems really genuine and professional however, after requesting a refund instead of an exchange, the refund has never appeared. I have had regular contact with customer service with the promise to refund but it has never materialised. I have since gone through my bank to issue a dispute refund.
So please, don’t fall for the ‘London’ as it is definitely not London based with the night time emails! Don’t fall for the well designed website! Stick with the usual brands!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I have been waiting six weeks for the correct dress to arrive. A delivery with the wrong color and size arrived two and a half weeks after my purchase. A replacement was issued, but it arrived three and a half weeks later, after my friend's wedding, making a return impossible, even though the error was theirs. Their refusal to accept a return on either dress is unacceptable. This situation highlights the potential drawbacks of companies using overseas warehouses to cut costs.

Customer Service is Excellent . I had ordered a dresses and the sizing was off. They have been so helpful returning email quickly and working with their fulfilment team to get me the right size and send dress to me .

Awful. The dress took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did, it didn’t match the picture online and the quality was terrible - hem coming away and loose stitching everywhere.

Although the CS team are swift to respond and polite, they are refusing to cover the cost of the overseas return (which they are obliged to as the item is faulty).

They are continuing to offer a refund in form of a credit note for the store without returning the dress - it’s so bad they don’t want it back! But I would never order from them again.

I can’t find any contact info other than their general CS email to escalate this matter either.

One star is too much. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Warehouse in China. Long delivery, packaging opened and items missing when finally received and clothes very poor quality for the price they were.
Now I am in a battle for a refund and going round in circles with their 'customer service' who are not listening even though photos and videos provided as evidence. Now they appear to be closing down.

Took ages to arrive and very poor quality item. Nothing like a picture. Impossible to return and get a full refund. Expect me to return item on my expense somewhere in China. They don't even have a warehouse in the UK.

Never received the product. No emails for refund, I had to ask for our credit card company to refund us due to Florence and Mae being a fraudulent website. The website is full of AI images, fake stories and fake addresses. Of course the shop isn’t on Oxford street, it’s based in china, and everything about them is fake. Florence and Mae are not real, and now they’re ’sad to be closing down’, in a hideously AI written post. Closing down because they’ve had so many complaints, they’re having to move and rename so they can con more people.

I wish I had come here before ordering. Delivery took well over a month and the items are a terrible, shoddy, cheap knockoff for what is advertised on the website. The items also fit terrible so even if you wanted to keep them you can't wear them based on how badly they fit.

The website appears to be a scam advertising this as a London based boutique but the items and the customer service team are China based and make you go round in circles trying all they can to scam you out of a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs!

The item wasn’t quite what I had expected but the customer services team was responsive and flexible.

Terrible quality!! It’s marketed as a UK quality london based clothes store but it’s cheap and horrible. The clothes look nothing like the shiny Instagram stories The material is awful, the quality is so cheap. No labels. Long long long delivery. Couldn’t even be bothered to return. Straight in the charity bag. Do not buy from here. It’s a scam.

Awful - Gutted I didn’t read the reviews. Cheap plastic sandals nothing like the picture. Probably cost 50p to make I could have bought them in primark for £6 and I paid £30.

Counterfeit goods, poor quality. The company eventually agreed to refund the counterfeit item, but won't pay for it to be returned to their warehouse in china. Avoid.

Delivery took forever and what was received was certainly not worth the wait. Products ship from China and are oddly-fitting, made from poor quality material and nothing like the images on the website. Don’t be fooled by the fake positive reviews

SCAM SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!!

This company are scammers, there is no boutique in London, it’s all 💩 from China. I ordered some dresses for a wedding as they looked really lovely on the website. They took over 3 weeks to arrive ( too late for the wedding) and the quality of the garments make Primark look like Chanel! Polyester at its worst. The sizing is appalling, I’m a standard UK size 14 and nothing fitted. Either far too small or enormous. So I contacted customer service, what a joke! They only communicate via email and my guess is it’s bot generated standard responses.
I was refused a refund because if you read their returns policy, in tiny letters it’s says you can’t get a refund due to sizing or if you don’t like the garment. If you want to return something you have to pay for recorded delivery to China!! That’s if they give a return address at all, they refused to give me any one. I’ve contacted my bank to see if they can help but because of the tiny T&C’s in the returns policy, they can’t help me! They did tell me that any company that advertises on Social Media are not regulated in the UK so basically they can scam you and face no comeback. I only wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I lost &300! Please do not buy from this company or any like them on Social Media

I found this company on instagram and ordered the most amazing dress for such a great price. The customer service team have been brilliant from the moment I placed my order. I would highly recommend Florence & Mae!
