Extremely poor quality. Misleading advertising. Erroneously ordered duplicate cheap suit based on sales pitch leading me to think I was getting discount on one suit. Took 1 month to arrive from out of the country and it was nothing like picture! Wore one day and button came off sleeve. I think it was made after my order in some cheap factory. Poor response so I just gave up knowing I was jipped.

The are a scam company, if I could do a 0, it would be perfect. The items they send are nothing like the pictures and they shipped from close to you but they tell you that it has to be shipped to china, so that way it becomes impossible to send back and they can keep the money.

Incredibly poor quality and service. They have a nice, sleek looking website which is very misleading. Clothes look nothing like the pictures - they are extremely poorly made Chinese knock-offs. For example, what appeared to be a cosy plaid-style checked shacket turned out to be a nasty paper thin hooded top with the plaid pattern poorly printed on top.

I requested a return of my full order (which incidentally was for a couple of hundred pounds). They refused a return, so I had to go via my credit card company for a refund. Don't be mislead - don't waste your hard earned money on these scammers.

I ordered a dress from here for a wedding and would never order from here again. The whole situation was awful. The dress that arrived was a completely different style and shade of green than the picture, it also felt and looked very cheap and not worthy of the money I paid. It felt like something that had come from Shein which wasn’t the impression I got from the website. When I ordered from the website it said it was a closing down sale from their store in London however, that store never existed and this is a website that ships products from china.
I complained and the only positive I have to say is that their replies were very quick. They acknowledged that the dress was different but would only offer me credit to use on the site again. I didn’t want to order from here again but they would not give me a refund. In the end I had to do a charge back on my card to get my money back. I would not recommend ordering from here!

This place is fantastic. Such an awesome range of products and I will definitely be back to buy again.

Clearly got scammed. What looked like a beautiful 50's style dress arrived looking like a very cheap and sheer overall. Fabric awful and getting a refund was impossible. Avoid at all costs!

The clothing is an absolute disgrace, cheap and absolutely nothing like the pictures. I decided to send all my dresses back for a refund, got the long address and spent £30 to send it back after chasing for over 8 weeks it’s just been returned back to me what a disgusting operation. You scum should be ashamed of yourselves

I made a ordered thinking it was from London.
It came from China.
Weeks waiting for delivery, once received items didn't fit .
Made a return and still no refund.
I emailed and they respond is we are out of business.
Lesson learned on my side .
Always check your return before buying online.

No stars... ordered a dress tried to send back. Was told could keep dress but pick something else. This did not arrive. Obviously a scam to save them sending the money back. This is now 5 months ago and not replying to e mails. DO NOT USE

You have to give a star to write a review but I wouldn't.
I believe they've closed. I ordered 4 dresses, tried to return and told I couldn't. Which i actually believe is against statutory rights for web orders because you can't try items on to check style or fit. Trusted them and ordered with discount they offered with additional funds and that's never arrived. Closed website. Taken money knowingly. I'm glad they've gone out of business they don't deserve anything. Don't know how this mother and daughter sleep at night.

Ordered 3 dresses in May, which have never arrived. Multiple emails and 3 months later, still no dresses, or refund! Shocking!

Ordered 2 dresses. They took 15 days to arrive and nothing like description. Took days to get an address to return them. Repeatedly fobbed off offering 20 and 30% discount. Items have to be returned to China at own expense and customs declaration. £15.90 to return two cheap lightweight dresses. Avoid at all cost

The item ordered was constantly delayed. When it finally arrived, the material is cheap, shoddy, badly made and did not fit properly. Their return process is ludicrous, expecting the purchaser to pay £20 - £27 postage costs to return the unsatisfactory item to their Asia based return facility. They offer a discount to the item if you complain about their ridiculous return procedure. Their website is misleading and their returns policy unclear. BEWARE of this company that operates from overseas but gives the impression that it is a London based company.

Dresses x2 ordered, took a few weeks to arrive. Company is in China and NOT London despite the name. Quality is awful, do not waste your money thinking the dresses look like the pictures, they dont. Really reluctant to give you a full refund, managed to get 40% back as did not want to pay postage to China. Use with caution
