Floorworks™ Floor Fitting & Sanding Services Bewertungen

Absolutely wonderful service from the 2 workmen who came to sand and polish the floors in my new home. They look brand new. Also very polite

We love the look of our new floors - thanks to the team for their hard work, all the patience with the furniture logistics and to the office for booking us at such a short notice! Highly recommended!

Great job, really professional work and an amazing outcome.

True craftsmen. A beautiful finished product.

This company were amazing, we had issues to start due to unforeseen circumstances. Once started these George and his team worked so hard to make up for lost time. They were professional, clean and tidy. We are thrilled with the floors and the service we received. We would definitely use them again.

Excellent workmanship from Floorworks, Ian did an amazing job of restoring our 14 year old solid oak floor through hall and kitchen. Looks so good after sanding and sealing. Also had dark stained floorboards in our attic sanded back to natural. Tough job but Ian did a fantastic job, it is so much brighter and traditional looking. Highly recommend Floorworks and would 100% use their services again.

Floorworks delivered a professional and courteous service. The engineered wood floor was stripped and sealed in six hours and the finished result was excellent.

The work was done efficiently and thoroughly and I was very satisfied with the results

Really excellent, exceeded our expectations.

Hard working and efficient i would highly recommend

They delivered excellent service, arriving on time and having discussed what we would like them to do they worked professionally, tidying up after themselves, leaving our parquet flooring looking like new
Improved our house so much
Thanks again for a great service

Great experience with George. He was quick and reliable and the results are amazing

Great job from start to finish - lovely team who made a brilliant job of fitting the floor. Polite and cleaned up afterwards

Amazing service from Granit and his team. Completed sooner than expected, great contact, and very happy with end result. Would 100% recommend!

These people are amateurs. They didn't respond to my quote request, when I called them they said the floor was too thin to restore and had nails in it!
Never heard that before (lived here 27 years) All the other floors have been sanded ok. They clearly have NO idea what they are talking about! Beware!
didn't even have the deceny ot respond... Unprofessional at its best!

Excellent customer service and great product. Our floors look excellent - very well fitted. I would definitely recommend Floorworks

Brilliant service, really good job. Very impressed with the service!

Incredibly helpful team, did the perfect job - from start to finish a pleasure to work with and couldn't be happier with our new floor! Big thanks to Rosie for helping us.

I recently booked Floorworks to replace my carpet with wood flooring in my bedroom (small room). I had a survey booked where they took a look at the bedroom and found a perfect matching wood to the rest of the flat. After that, booking the actual work to be done was fairly quick and easy to do.
On the day they worked well and finished it all before the work day ended even though they had to move a wardrobe and bed around. My only advice would be to make sure you're clear on what you want. I noticed some discussion was happening between the contracts so I went to check if everything was ok and they were planning on not moving the wardrobe because it was attached to the wall. I would like to think they would have asked for my opinion but I'm glad I checked and made sure wooden floors were added everywhere.

I'm very happy with the outcome and I would recommend them to other people.

Booked a one hour window for a measurement for a large domestic order.

Sat in and waited the full hour (having also waited a week from the date the appointment was made).

No one arrived. No one got in touch.

Called company and got a flimsy excuse about the fitter maybe being caught in traffic but no courtesy call or text from the fitter to say they would be delayed.

This is really shocking customer service, assuming people can sit in all day and have no other work commitments themselves.

Have cancelled and will find another flooring company that is reliable and doesn't mess their clients around.
