Floorworks™ Floor Fitting & Sanding Services Bewertungen

The whole team where brilliant, especially considering it was organised remotely for my rental property. Thank you so so much!!

Floorworks were absolutely brilliant at every stage of the process. Great advice and got started super quickly. The team went the extra mile to get the work done. Would absolutely recommended to anyone needing work on the floors.

Lovely people, great communication, punctual and clean working.

Floor looks and feels amazing!

Dimitri has been a pleasure to have in our home whilst carrying out the herringbone flooring in two rooms. Curteous and hard working and made every effort to avoid dust spreading around the house. Good finish overall.

Professionalism, punctuality, intelligent attitude, respect of property, and much more - these are only few words which can describe the level of service provided by Floorworks. We have been lucky to have found them and of course, for all our future work this will be the Company of our choice. We strongly recommend them to everybody who needs professional help with their flooring/woodwork.

We are absolutely delighted with the final results - it looks like we have a new floor!
Our engineer was efficient, accommodating, professional and extremely skilled.
Would throughly recommend this company.

Great customer service over the phone and our floors are beautiful!

Alarm bells should have been raised when the main website “floorworks.co.uk” requires you to go to another website “flooringtrade.co.uk” to obtain their samples.

After 2 weeks of waiting, no samples arrived.

At customer services, I spoke to a lady with an Eastern European accent. She didn’t acknowledge any responsibility, was very argumentative and defensive, whilst constantly talking over me, to the point of me having to hang up!

What a horrible experience.

I’ll now have to find another company that will happily have my business.

Really great service, had all parquet floors on ground floor sanded, filled and stained. Alex and Ian were very polite, professional and worked hard and we are very happy with the results even more so as they completed the work at short notice. Highly recommend Floorworks!

Very helpful company and the Pearson Hall looks great as a result of their sanding and varnishing work.

George was always professional. He walked me through each step along the way, gave me daily updates and recommendations with regard to sanding and varnishing. He was always accommodating, polite, punctual and very efficient. The work was always tidy and clean. George and his team are hardworking and a pleasure to work with. I am very satisfied with the finished results. I highly recommend George for flooring work.

The team did a great job with the floors in my master bedroom, single bedroom, the hallway, and the observatory! We had carpets all over, they stripped it down, and then installed the new wooden floors and LLVT herringbone… and it looks so so beautiful now, i cannot believe i haven’t done it sooner!

Dimitri did a fantastic job. He is a very skilled and patient worker and very polite.

Floorworks did a fantastic job restoring and installing wooden floors in my flat. They sanded and sealed over 100 sqm of original pine floorboards and installed new engineered oak flooring in the bedrooms, blending the finish perfectly across rooms.

The team was professional, punctual, and the finish is excellent. They handled everything from carpet removal to subfloor prep, trimming doors, and installing beading. Ability also to adapt the tone last minute based on taste from more natural to yellowish.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality flooring work in London.

Amazing honest service, told us what we needed and what we didn’t. They did a fantastic and fast job.

This was a job very well done.
Punctual, polite and efficient.
Got the job done within the agreed time frame and to a high standard.
Minimal mess.
Helped move a couple of pieces of furniture we could not relocate , very helpful

I was so impressed with my next door neighbours floors that I booked Floorworks to do ours too! We hit a problem but Floorworks rectified it immediately and we are now very pleased with the end result.

Great job, great communication, would recommend

We cannot vouch for the quality of any work on the floor because Floorworks were too incompetent to do the job. Instead they wasted a huge amount of our time to achieve nothing, leaving us in the lurch, and behind on renovation work planned around their booking. In short: steer clear at all costs.

In full: a surveyor came round to see the floors and give a quote. The initial job was to restore, sand, and refinish original 1930s pine floors across our upstairs, including the stair case. Surveyor was clearly in a rush and evidently didn't listen to us. We showed him broken boards and other issues, made clear we wanted to include stairs in the quote, and he assured us it would all be included.

A few days later the quote comes through. A little steep, but fine, and worth it to have the top floor of our house finished. Quote states 2 days of work. We book the work in, and book time off to pack and move our belongings the day before.

On the day Ian and Alex turn up, look upset and talk for a long time to each other before telling us they don't have any floorboards to replace the broken boards, that this is four days work, and the staircase wasn't included. They have to talk to their manager, so they go back to their van. Then they just drive off without saying anything more to us.

I call and speak to Martin the manager who offers no apology whatsoever and says he's left a message on my wife's phone. He hasn't. He says he will requote including new boards where needed and get back to us. Zero apology for our wasted time, effort, and day off work.

Of course we have heard nothing from him since. It may be that these guys can refurb floors to a high standard but I wouldn't bet on it. Bunch of jokers. Useless. Unbelievable waste of our time that has set us back massively on overall renovations. Steer clear.

The team were great from the quote to the finished work. They arrived on time, worked really hard and made special adaptions for floor sockets and to match the pattern of old adjacent flooring. Great flooring products, finish and completed ahead of schedule. Thanks so much!
