Excellent customer service were able to locate my flooring in their branch in Ireland and ship over to Manchester. We’re able to supply my flooring within 7 days which meant there would be no delay to my house renovation project. Kept me updated and informed of the delivery dates. Would thoroughly recommend Floor Monster and will be using their services for the remainder of my project.

Never received the samples ordered. Telephone line a premium number. Don't necessarily want to spend lot of money waiting for someone to follow up on the order placed.

Disappointed that one of the boxes was rip open all the way down one side and some of the lengths were damaged on the edge and the tags were broken off. I didn’t think until after I had taken them off the pallet that I should have taken a photo. So warning to others take a photo of proof of damage.

All we would ask is for you to email the images to us so we could flag with the haulage company to either send replacement or refund the damage. Spent thousands on flooring for the whole house two years ago, extended the kitchen this year and needed 3sqm of the same flooring. Spent £400 and the flooring is completely different. Lesser quality, different size, not compatible with the older floor. But same price. Reply,
Actually floor monster “confirmed” flooring would not be compatible after sending pictures and pointing out the fact.

Hi Gary thanks for your feedback however the floor's quality has not changed, We had confirmed via email that the floor is not going to be compatible with the floor that was bought 2 years ago as it has a different click system. We have also ensured prices remain as consistent as we can despite rises in manufacturing costs.
Great value for money and long lasting
I bought oak flooring from Floor Monster some years back when I was doing an extension. The flooring looks great almost 10 years on and I thought I should give them a thank you by writing a positive review.
