Hi Eugene, thank for your feedback, your order, as advised is a special order product so comes directly from our supplier and will be delivered to you next week. You will be contacted once the stock arrives to book delivery accordingly.
The review emails are automated but you don't need to provide a review right away, you can do this once you have received your order

Could Easily Have Been More Stars
Would have been more stars but for an unexplained hold up in processing the order.
Online ordering process was easy, but then there was no further communication other than repeated requests for a review of a service I had yet to receive. Queried the lack of progress via the online chat which quickly resolved the issue and delivery was arranged. Flooring arrived as arranged with the driver phoning ahead to let us know when he was expecting to arrive. Flooring was as ordered, all that remains is to lay it.

Hi Jason thank you for your feedback, we are sorry there was a breakdown with the haulage company resulting in the fact they could not get the pallet collected. I can see this was booked for Tuesday delivery and you were not able to wait until Thursday for the order so this has been cancelled.

We haven't received our order & we haven't received any explanation!
We placed our order on Good Friday. So, we were pleasantly suprised to receive a call, just the next day, to arrange delivery. All good so far. Delivery was arranged for Friday 5 April (yesterday) So, I'd taken the day off to wait in, & my partner had taken the weekend off work to then lay the floor. However, I started to worry when midday came & went, & I'd still not heard regarding the time slot. I tried to contact Floor Monster by phone, but theirs is a premium rate number & my mobile plan wouldn't allow the call. Next, I tried their 'chat' service, yet no response. So, I finally resorted to an email. That was yesterday afternoon &, as of yet, I've recieved no response. I know that they work Saturdays, as it was just last Saturday they called to arrange the delivery. So ??? What to do now? I took a day off for nothing. My partner took the weekend off for nothing. Not to mention my Father, our landlord. His blood pressure is going through the roof, worrying that we've been scammed! What can I say, Floor Monster have gone from a potential 5 star, to a 1 star in the space of a week! Floor Monster ... if you read this please do call us!

I placed the order for a customer of mine and what turned up was nothing like the sample she was sent.
She has now had to purchase an alternative from a local supplier as she’s in the middle of a refurb.
She is now stuck with the packs from Floor Monster as they won’t collect them or refund her

Hi David,
Thank you for your feedback however we would refute some of the claims as having spoken to your team we were advised the customer liked the colour and was been priced on another area with the same floor. We are aware the customer is not keen on the knots of the flooring which are shown in the images.
We have advised the unopened packs can be returned for a refund less the cost of the transport back to us as there is no fault with the actual product and is as expected and the same as the website

Great product
Great product, great customer service. Delivery was nearly £40 for them to just leave on a pallet outside in the rain. Flooring is beautiful though!
