With my budget i couldnt get my daughter the gift she always wanted for her 19th Birthday cash,But Float made things easier for me i could get the gift and pay it in 6 months with no hustle or stress interest free.

Do not trust this company with your card details under any circumstances. Float is a complete nightmare.
Two days after my final instalment was successfully paid and my plan was completed, Float went into my account and unauthorisedly debited an additional R9,000. When confronted with the blatant theft, their support team completely gaslit me. They flat-out deny that they ever took the money, despite the fact that it is clearly sitting on my official bank statements and transaction history.
Because of their massive "mess-up" and illegal debit, my account has been thrown into chaos, and I am now incurring exceedingly high interest and penalty fees. They steal your money, break their own contract terms, and then have the audacity to pretend it didn't happen, expecting you to absorb the financial fallout.
I submitted all the black-and-white proof of their unauthorised transactions to them, yet they still refuse to take responsibility or escalate or resolve this.
They are financially reckless, dishonest, and predatory. Save yourself the stress, the high interest fees, and the absolute rage of dealing with a company that robs you and then lies to your face. Stay far, far away from Float.

Simple easy to payment service with solid user experience using it. And one pays less interest if managed properly.

So lets talk about float! I was doom scrolling the istore and came across Float and started to read about it... Truly it sounded like a scene out of a movie. I can split a payment into 6 months with my credit card with no interest to occur? I was like what no ways so called the support and Yip they confirmed it! Im now paying off my purchase with some freedom knowing in 50 days im going to get hit with hey pay more for this item! If you not using it yet you falling behind!

The Float service has been such a blessing. I do not like paying interest and I am often short on the funds to buy something. Float allowed me to replace older garden furniture and to replace my Samsung phone. Great service and easy to use.

I used Float for the first time. The reserve amount has not been released back to me for almost two weeks now. The reserve has not been released naturally or automatically. I contacted Float to assist me and they refused to confirm with my bank that the funds can be released. I asked them to cooperate with me and confirm with Absa that it's okay for Absa to release the reserve since they have successfully deducted this first instalment.

My budget was never to buy using the full amount, I had planned to pay in instalment as agreed. But as it stands all the money has been taken and it's almost two weeks since I made the purchase. This has caused a great deal of financial distress. My credit card is seating on a negative balance because of this and this will mess up my credit score.
