Not a happy customer
Not a happy customer
I paid the balance for a cruise last Friday (around six weeks early) so I could access my cruise account to make dining reservations and book excursions
By Wednesday I could not access the account so contacted flitch travel
Turns out that if you pay early they hold onto your money until the due pay date, but assured me it will be paid within 48 hrs so I can access my account
Today I get another call to say that flitch have now paid Hayes who pay the cruise company!!!! Still can’t book my dining as app saying, balance not paid
I am a believer in using our high st shops but never again. I’m booking direct
This is a disgrace .

We were saddened to read your review, particularly as we were unaware that you were dissatisfied with the service you had received. Had we known there were concerns, we would have been more than happy to investigate further and assist in resolving them.
Following your payment and contact with us, our team immediately liaised with both our Banking Team and Princess and requested that your balance payment was processed early to help restore access to your booking.
We have since confirmed with Princess that your dining reservations have been unlocked, excursions are available to book, and that any remaining updates within the app can take up to 72 hours to fully reflect changes made to the booking.
We pride ourselves on providing a high level of aftersales support and always aim to go above and beyond for our customers. This includes assisting with areas such as dining reservations and excursions where required, and our Dunmow branch has a dedicated member of the team who supports customers with their aftersales needs.
A member of our management team has contacted you directly with further information, and we would be delighted to assist further should you require any help accessing your booking.
We genuinely value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to look into this matter.

Booking without the stress
We have not used a travel agent for many years
Flitch opened up in Ongar and we decided to give them a go (if you do not use them you lose them)
From the moment we stepped into the shop we felt we was in good hands and was very confident that what we booked was going to go well
We booked a 7 night Caribbean Cruise with a 3 night stay in Barbados with Amy
Everything went very smooth, from booking the trip right the way through to coming home

Just back from a very relaxing short break to Lanzarote, despite the unseasonal weather trying to spoil it!
