I have used Flight Centre Kerikeri for the last 10 years and have had excellent service from them during that time.
They have organised flights and accommodation for me in various places around the world and have given me advice on various aspects of travel making the whole process as easy as possible.

Lisa maree (who likes chocolate), made our whole experience smooth running and so easy to achieve! We had spent weeks trying to sort out our trip with several other companies to no avail. We were tired and frustrated by our lack of progress. We struck fortunate when we walked into the shop and met with Lisa Maree. We found her to be calm,friendly, VERY efficient, VERY professional and willing to help. We did not feel rushed or pushed in any direction. She answered all of our questions and communicated effectivly with 3rd parties when necessary to do so; even when contacting another continent. All this made our experience so much easier and enjoyable than it could have been had we not met with Lisa Maree. We knew what we wanted, and Lisa Maree provided us with that. We found the shop/working area spacious enough and it gave sufficient privacy for our satisfaction. Personally I found the lighting a little harsh, but that's because I'm sensitive to bright white lights. We're definitely pleased to give the service we received 5stars, which I do not do lightly. We would definitely go back for future bookings!

Brooke bent over backwards to create a memorable holiday for my family, few hiccups out of her control but she still managed to put it right thank you so much would highly recommend getting everything through flight centre, it took all the stress out if organizing flights hotels transfers ect thanks again

Gianfranco from Lambton Quay booked our Thailand trip, we would highly recommend him and were surprised when the cost of our intrepid trip was cheaper through flight centre than it was booking direct.

I would still recommend researching your own hotels to find what you like to save any disappointment.

Jonny at Porirua Brunch was amazing — patient, on to it, professional, and really knew his stuff! You can definitely tell he’s seasoned.

We felt well looked after, and he was very considerate and accommodating. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns, making sure we were fully satisfied with our travel plans.

Highly recommend if you want things done right the first time (as we almost gave up with Flight Centre - 3rd lucks a charm!) and tailored to your preferences 👍🏾 Thanks again, Jonny! 😊

4/5 given the limitations around payment plans Flight Centre has to offer - no reflection on Jonny whatsoever just the travel company itself.

The travel agent (Yvonne) found me something so quick that exceeded my expectations. Also the price that she got me was a good deal and within my budget. That was impressive.

Sheldon at the Newtown office was very helpful and very pleasant and personable; had done his homework and had sorted out some options, one of which was the right one for us. He made it easy and we left feeling really good and knowing we'd made progress.

I always go back to Lauren. She is very patient and works out exactly what is best for me.

the Flight Centre Ponsonby staff are amazing. They sort out anything with speed and precision. They take time to talk to you, they listen and then make it happen. I had the great pleasure of being looked after by Kimi, who went above and beyond. She even helped me with a booking of a family member which was not part of her brief. She just wanted to be - and was - extra helpful. Very thoughtful, generous and efficient!

Ben arranged an awesome cruise for my friend & I, and we had the best time ever.
