My travel agent Pashan Irani was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. He was very helpful, prompt in getting back and patient throughout the process.
Pashan provided the best options to me keeping in mind my requirements as I was solo travelling .
My booking was complex as I wanted to travel across 4 different countries and had many flights to plan out.
Thank you so much Pashan for being so patient and making my booking experience stress free and enjoyable.

Natalie Lawton was very good. Knew the product, spoke good English, had a helpful attitude. quick responses, available when I phoned, presented various options, had time to spend with me, patience demonstrated early on in the enquiry.

A fantastic agent Sally who totally understood our needs (my wife has dementia and I have a neurological disability affecting my walking and balance). Then because of Donald Trump's actions we had to keep changing our bookings, cancelling some trips and booking others, it was all done incredibly efficiently. I cannot thank Sally enough...she has been fantastic.

A very unpleasant experience with Flight Centre Manukau. Be very careful when booking with them as they make sneaky changes to the itinerary without any communication with the customer. Read the small text, as these guys will make changes and once you sign they will refer you back to the document and refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing. We were pushed towards booking a particular airline because the agent could get a cheap price for premium economy. This was in the itinerary until suddenly on the day the booking was finalised the flight changed. This was not discussed with us. The price however did not change despite the change in service. Mu first bad experience, but I will never use these guys again. They ripped us off because we didn't use a magnifying glass when reading the final agreement. Be very careful when using this company!

AVOID!!! China Eastern cancelled my flights. No reason. Spent 2 weeks back and forth with Flight Centre getting the runaround. Got sent a confirmed booking itinerary only to be told it was a mistake. That they needed me to “confirm” I would take the new flight but with no confirmed seats, sort it out at the airport. Travelling with children. Good lord. 12 weeks to get a refund! You’ve been warned. NEVER AGAIN!

Kim easily found the flights I wanted, even though I'd been struggling to find them on line myself. It was great to have professional help. She was receptive and accommodating especially when I wanted to change one of the dates.

We had the best trip to Thailand, all thanks to Gianfranco! In just an hour, he put together our entire itinerary, choosing amazing accommodation and adding in some really fun activities like island visits along the way. Flight Centre on Lambton Quay made planning and organizing our trip so much simpler and easier. I felt fully supported in case of delays or cancellations, and always received quick communications if any changes happened. Gianfranco Belloli was a fantastic agent for us - we don’t usually use a travel agency, but GB did a fantastic job of putting our minds at ease, coordinating details, and providing expert level recommendations and coordination for our travel. We could not recommend him higher for any other travelers looking to put together a trip. We are now likely to use Flight Center for all our future travel, provided it’s with GB.
