Customer Service was outstanding and we felt very welcome.
Although our Agent was very busy and we didn't have a specific appt time she was very gracious and fitted us in with very little delay.

Codie Rewai, was very prompt and professional in helping us book our trip to Samoa. She understood what we wanted and had us booked and paid in just over an hour. It was hassle free. We had been to opposition and had waited 11 days just for a quote and then we went back and waited in shop for 25 minutes and no one acknowledged us until we walked out the door to go to flight centre.
