Brilliant customer service

Good customer service provided what I needed. There was a bit of misunderstanding but was quickly resolved. Company was very honest with their answers when queried about some issues. My advice when you ran into a problem them is to phone up and ask for help. I strongly recommend flexed good service.The car was immaculate and up to the highest standard. 4 stars 🌟 for now and will use them again in the future.

New electric car subscription - would recommend

Fantastic service. Needed an EV to start on short notice and within two hours had several options to choose from. Landed on the Jaguar I-Pace and car was delivered within 48 hours. Great service, would definitely recommend!

Great service!

Great service, the process is really simple and flexible. The staff I dealt with in both sales and maintenance were friendly and straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

Con Artists

Leased a short term vehicle from Flexed for just one month (as a stop gap until a new car I had ordered arrived in stock at a dealership) - when it came time to arrange to return the vehicle was advised that to definitely avoid another months rental coming out of my account I should return the vehicle a day early - essentially paying for a day without use of the vehicle. I agreed to this (even though it was a less convenient day for collection of the vehicle). They have still taken nearly £600 out of my account for this month even though I have now returned the vehicle. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

I've looked into this immediately for you. I can see that the 28 day rental was due to expire on the 23rd and the car was collected the same day. If it was collected on the 24th then another rental day would be chargeable.

You have received a credit note for the next set of 28 days which will be returned to your account.

Please note that we cannot cancel any direct debit instructions until the car has been checked in and has arrived back on site. Furthermore, it can take up to 3-4 working days for the banks to action this. But looking at the communication, I believe you were advised to contact your bank directly to cancel this payment on the day of collection.

Awful service and extremely rude.
I tried to place an order for a premium car for 28 days, I have excellent credit.

They asked me to submit payslips I did so, I have a good wage, I was then asked to submit 3 months of bank statements - v strange.

I was then told me credit is "average" it isn't. I was then told I was declined.

The tone was extremely rude and it might be a scam. Avoid.

I have looked into this for you and I can see all of the procedures have been correctly followed as per the guidelines of the FCA and the BVRLA we have a duty to ensure that all of our customers pass identity and affordability checks prior to receiving their vehicle.

I can also see that we have acted quickly and responded to all queries to try and get your lease organised ASAP.

However, based on the information you have provided and compared with the credit reference agency, your application sat just outside of our usual underwriting criteria. Therefore to confirm affordability, we requested 3 month’s bank statements which is standard practice for lease vehicles.

Unfortunately, with all the information provided, we could not look to providing you with a vehicle.

I wish you the best of luck in sourcing a vehicle.

Don’t trust this company! Deceitful and bad customer service…

Don’t trust this company! It’s a Scam!
This is the worst leasing company ever.They are a scam.Con artists at its finest.

They will rip you off with charges that aren’t explainable or excusable.
Charged for a subscription even though it was cancelled within notice.

They keep registering new company names to deter customers from the bad reviews on how badly they treat their customers therefore more likely to take a lease with them.
The history of how bad they treat customers is disgraceful.

All the company’s are registered to the same address Flex.co.uk,Easilease and Europcar are the other company names which is suspect.

I have been ripped off with a extortionate damage costs from “previous” damages to a car which was a year old with high mileage due to be auctioned.
It seems previous repairs aren’t getting done/vehicles are getting damaged during the delivery process. Customers are being charged/invoiced incorrectly and unfairly.
Damages aren’t logged correctly from previously.

They have admitted they invoiced incorrectly for a previous damage and brushed it off as “minor” mistake.It was 800 pound bill reduced to 600!!
When questioned several times about it they did not recollect or respond to the evidence required in order to justify the invoice.

Deceiving and not honest from the start when the car was delivered there was no record on the delivery note of the “previous” damage/es.
I was never shown around the car once delivered to the property what condition it was in.
The car they delivered was in reserve in petrol not a good start!!

I was just invoiced a bill after collection.

They don’t answer your enquiries just invoice you with charges and bills.They don’t care about their customers especially when your leaving their service.

They provided no evidence in regards to what was asked and avoided answering my questions to justify this bill.
They are only interested in taking money not the customers interest.

The complaint was escalated to BVLRA which are a waste of time they side them as they are a paid member.They don’t throughly investigate and look into the complaint or work for the customers interest.

The complaint has been escalated to Trading Standards, Financial Ombudson.
This complaint will represent how badly they treat there customers and scam people previous/current as there is noticeably a pattern tracking back years with similar experiences.

Do not sign up with them go with a well established professional company like Enterprise who are less likely to rip you off.
You will end up spending more money then the lease.
Cheap lease deals by the end of it you end up paying double/triple in costs.
There is a clear and negative pattern how they treat their customers with 2.1 ratings on Yell.com and some bad reviews on Google, Trust pilot and Facebook all with the same complaints.

If I had known how bad the reviews were I would of never took out a lease with them but you don’t find out the other names of the company’ which are all connected to one company till after you have signed a contract with them!!

Do not trust this company they are a con and a joke they will mistreat you and you will be charged unnecessarily.
Customer service is unprofessional and they don’t know how to treat customers fairly.

A fantastic experience and service!

My first time leasing a vehicle which was made a seamless experience by Marcus at vehicleflex. Marcus was supportive beyond expectation; not only providing timely quotes but actually helping us with the choice of vehicle (which many leasing companies do not have the bandwidth or knowledge to do so) to conclude a choice of vehicle meeting our budget and optimally addressing our needs.

I would highly recommend vehicleflex for a first class service and specifically Marcus for his professionalism and attention to detail.

I hope people read my review before they rent I have all documents against this company don’t think you are saving when you see good deal here this guys will charge you for fake things take your money!!

255 pound for this attached photos issue what I didn’t do (I leave the photos in google reviews you can check what waiting for you)

I rented Skoda from them from start it was awful I got used car no problem with this , but the issue the car is basic and it has problem that Engin stop while car driving with this stupid on off Engin option, it was bad because they are in York and I am in London , I decided to return the car in one month , when they come to collect the car they inspected it like they give me new car when he get car the guy say nothing , in 3 days they reported not scratched something like door touch something it’s only 3mm something hardly you can see from door side I am not sure if I got the car like this or they did it , also they reported car paint issue , like paint for 3cm had issue ( it’s 2021 car must be under warranty if car had paint issue )

They charge me 420 pound , after many emails and calls to sales girl Ms Holly and other guys in company, of-curse one throw me to other , they said Manager agree to remove 165 pound still 255 pound they took from me extra,

Not only this after I return the car they try to take extra rent from my bank account 2 times

1- How on earth I can be responsible for quality of car paint !!!! If this issue not they did it to car car manufacturer responsible about this bad quality.

2- the guy who took the car he drove it so maybe he hit something how inspection can’t be infornt of me.

3- the guy bring the car to me only show me around and tolls and petrol level he didn’t ask me to check the car the way they did after collect,

It’s not about money but I don’t think this will go away , I am filling compline and I will take legal action

I even offer them to waive all charge and keep my money and later I take car from them , they decline they just want to take my money for fake reasons

Guys be careful, any one want to verify this details welcome,

Disappointing - AVOID!

16th November 2020 UPDATE.
Still no word from this company regarding why I have had such a poor standard of service and let down despite (as they detail) their investigation a month ago? I would have expected a call and at least an apology with that call and some kind of explanation?
VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Disappointing: Not For the Business User (PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY).
Firstly, I will say that the staff are polite and courteous (hence the two point score) however, it ends there. What I was hoping for was what they detailed on their website as a business solution which was flexible and met the business needs.
From what I can see the concept of Flexed is excellent, where they fail is in the execution and any form of professional management that any reasonable business might expect.
I’ve only had two short leases from this company and both have been hit with issues all the way through. These include and NOT by any means limited to:
Phoning to extend a lease on a Friday which was confirmed only to receive an email on the following Monday requiring the same vehicle returned.
Waiting many weeks for the refund from the above, despite told it would take 3 days.
Informed that another suitable vehicle was available as a replacement then told the next morning that it was not available, leaving to go to a hire company last minute.
Upon taking another booking, as a gesture on my part to see if it was just a one off in terms of what had previously happened. Specifically requested the same type vehicle (4 wheel drive) for a specific travel plan as I had done before.
Again, clean vehicle arrived but when I drove it for the first time I noted straight away it was two wheel drive. When I phoned I was given (yet again) a whole load of excuses.
My view is that as part of the process and given the issues I had previously raised they could easily have checked, but actually made no effort whatsoever. So the vehicle was not fit for purpose for the business trip.
This again meant me changing travel plans last minute as well as going elsewhere to get another appropriate vehicle that was required. Again created a significant cost as well as time and trouble whilst I still had this vehicle on hire.
Upon returning from my business trip I phoned to see if we could get this rectified. I was informed that I had already spoken to one of their directors who had phoned me – this was a lie.
Then I was told that a senior member of staff had left a message on my answerphone – another lie as my mobile doesn’t allow messages.
Given that we have three business landlines and I’ve provided these multiple times its clear to me they had no intention of replying either to my emails or calls when an issue arises.
Again I’ve only gone through a few of the issues, I would suggest business users go to one of the many others who advertise the same services.
NB. If you run a business and have business needs AVOID this company altogether.

Absolutely seamless, great price, top service!

Absolutely seamless. Simon Benson in particular was brilliant and helped me find exactly the car for my needs and wants, and he was flexible throughout. The drop-off was a doddle, the return was easy, and the customer service throughout was excellent. Really happy after a horrible experience with a Drover, which is very laborious and very disjointed. Thank you!

Extremely helpful company!

Jordane at Flexed was extremely helpful and attentive in providing all the assistance I needed to source and supply a vehicle to suit my needs for a short term lease.
