Flexxilease was outstanding from start to finish. What began as a 3-month lease turned into 10 months and thanks to Claire, extending was simple, seamless, and completely stress-free. She supported us every step of the way and was always quick, friendly, and helpful in her replies, truly fantastic! I would highly recommend Flexxilease to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free leasing option.

I had a Skoda Fabia on short term lease from Flexxileaae while waiting for a delayed factory order vehicle. The service that I received from Flexxilease was first rate from start to finish particularly Claire Frampton and Ollie Hayter. Delivery and collection was organised efficiently at a time that suited me and communication / responsiveness via email was always prompt and clear. I initially signed up to a 3 month lease but had to extend to 4 months. There was no issue with this and the lease was extended on the same terms which demonstrates the flexible element and really helped me out. I wouldn’t hesitate to use flexxilease again in the future

They provided a great service whilst our daughter needed a car learning and then have been very flexible with regards to returning the car before she (hopefully) goes to university.

We tried leasing a car through a number of companies, and found Flexxilease to have the most customer friendly process. They are open to leasing their vehicles to foreigners with a foreign driving license.

We found communicating through emails were the most efficient as it was difficult to connect with the team over the phone. They were nonetheless a pleasure to work with and the service we have received has been pleasant as they explained each step clearly and why the different information were being requested for. The team was incredibly polite, positive and customer focused.

There was a slight misunderstanding on the car delivery address, but that was promptly rectified and we received the car on time and collection for returning the car was also a breeze.

Thank you Ollie and the team at Flexxilease. We can recommend Flexxilease if you are looking for a short term lease.

If only I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would given the fact that my last interaction with them was them threatening me with a claim of £900….

Back in March of 2021 myself and 2 friends leased a car from Flexxilease. We had issues from the start… from having to agree to pick up the car further south than we’d originally intended (because they told us they couldn’t get it further north on time for a morning pick up) to them delivering it well into the afternoon leaving us with an incredibly late start to our drive up to Scotland.

Despite these initial problems, we were glad we’d been able to lease a car for our move to Orkney. We’d contacted many companies around that time looking for a lease and Flexxilease agreed to let us take it to Orkney (this was agreed in writing and our main address was listed as Orkney as we made it clear that we were moving up there for a while). They later tried to tell us that they never agreed for the car to be permanently in Orkney and not just for a holiday which, given our many phone and email exchanges with them about our move, was ridiculous.

Fast-forward to over a year later, we’d signed on for an extra 3 months than originally planned and then signed a new contract after that in one of my colleagues’ names after I had to leave Orkney. Instead of being grateful for the 1+ year we’d been loyal customers with them, they suddenly broke the new contract they’d signed with my colleagues and insisted on taking the car back.

This was shocking enough and it was made clear that if they were to take the car back like this, my colleagues would not be driving it down south for them as they could not leave Orkney at that time.

Instead of saying there was no way they could pick it up in Orkney or saying upfront that if they did make the journey up north they would keep our deposit to offset the costs, they agreed to pick it up in Aberdeen and have the car travel on the ferry there from Orkney.

It was discussed with my colleagues via email that the deposit would be paid back to me as I was the one who paid it for our initial contract.

Despite saying in writing - AFTER they agreed to picking it up in Scotland (surely by this time they’d calculated how much it would cost them to pick up the car?) - that the deposit would be paid back subject only to damage or excess mileage if applicable, they then said nothing for a month until I wrote to them to ask about the deposit and they had the audacity to turn around and say that due to the cost of £900 that they had to spend to pick the car up, the deposit would not be returned.

Had they been upfront from the start when they calculated how much the journey would cost them that they would not pay the deposit back I’d have no complaint - despite the fact that they left my colleagues car-less and broke the contract themselves!

Instead, they pretended they’d pay the deposit but as soon as they got their car back they refused.

After emailing them with a complaint and not getting a satisfactory answer, I explained that I hoped for a resolution or would need to take my complaint higher. Well, they had the lovely gesture of resorting to… threatening me.

They said that if I went to an Ombudsman to claim my deposit back they would make a counter claim for the amount of £900 (what they paid to retrieve the car, which they claim to be too high despite the fact that before they ever started the trip they must have been able to calculate it would come to that).

Needless to say, I cannot afford to pay them £900 and I have no guarantee of what the outcome of my complaint would be so I’ve had to give up on getting my money back. Although I’m still seeking advice on whether this kind of threat from them is legal.

It’s gutting enough to have lost almost £400 to them already, but I feel that resorting to threats is an incredibly dirty move and while I now am fairly certain I will never see my deposit again, I hope I can at least save others the hassle of ever booking through this company.

We visited UK for 3 months from NZ. We tried leasing a car through a number of companies, all of which we discontinued as the process/service was too painful. Eventually stumbled upon Flexxilease. They are a pleasure to work with and the service we have received has been outstanding. The team are incredibly polite, positive and customer focused. Flexxilease provided great service. I used them for a 3 month lease whilst in the UK from Australia. A better and cheaper option than a long rental, especially with the post COVID rental car prices! Whilst sorting the lease out they were very helpful. The drop off and return was very efficient and on time. I would thoroughly recommend them!

Brilliant service from Flexxilease. I needed a car ar very short notice due to a delay in delivery of my new lease car in March. Arranged a 3 month lease with Flexxilease at short notice - got a car (71 reg Mokka with 600 miles on clock) within a week. All done online. Really easy process, Good communication with very quick responses to emails. Car arrived when agreed. I then needed to extend for a couple of weeks as my new car was delivery was delayed a second time. Again simple and sorted without any fuss. I returned the car last week and my deposit refund has been confirmed today. This was a lifesaver for me and great value. Thanks Adrian and Claire for brilliant service. I'll probably be back in touch in 18 months when my new car lease ends..

It's good to know there are still people driven and conscientious suppliers in a sector where 'horrors' and 'bad practice' are increasingly common. After several years of consistently excellent service we always prioritise Flexxilease when looking at our business transport needs.

I have used Flexxilease on a number of occasions over the past few years, where I have had some great cars from them. The service has been great and any queries that I have had, Claire & Adrian have always come back to me promptly. The option to have a selection of cars available for a short commitment, is a great solution and one I intend to use their service again soon.

Staff very responsive and helpful. Brand new car was delivered directly to me (I live in the sticks). Very flexxible and accommodating each time I have wanted to renew/extend lease (twice now).

I am very happy with the service that I have received from FLEXXiLease over the last 18 months. They have always gone out of their way to resolve any issues that have arisen - no matter how small.
