This was my second Flavours holiday - going with new friends met on first Flavours holiday in Sicily! It was even better. This one was to Morocco, nr Marakesh. It was the most wonderful holiday I have been on. The main theme was pilates and we had an absolutely wonderful teacher (Diane) and wonderful host (Sara) - the villa was great despite one or two hiccups (inevitable in a grand villa) - all dealt with speedily by Sara. The group of people were friendly, considerate and great fun. The trips out were well planned, well organised and not over long . Marrakesh was worth visiting - we all felt completely safe and well looked after. Enjoyed the holiday so much many of us booked for the next one with Diane in Seville, September. Sadly Sara will not be hosting this one. Looking forward to it already.

This was my sixth Flavours Holiday and I have enjoyed each one. Friendly, helpful staff in Edinburgh made the booking easy.
From the moment I was picked up at Pisa Airport to the drop off at the end of the holiday I was looked after very well. Barbara was an excellent teacher and a very good cook. I mastered new skills including making very thin pasta for the lasagna and the ravioli. She made the cooking fun! Sara, as host, made the whole holiday run smoothly. She accompanied us on the trips out and provided unobtrusive translation when needed.
The villa was lovely and I enjoyed the opportunity to have lunch on the terrace in April!
Overall Cooking in Tuscany was good fun, the group gelled and we laughed a lot.

My third holiday with Flavours, cooking this time, and couldn’t have been more perfect. 3 nights in a fabulous Venice villa with experienced villa owner/chef Vanessa who not only looked amazing but delivered great lessons and the food was incredible. Our Flavours Hostess Laura was helpful to a fault and made our day trip to Venice City a memorable experience with a chartered boat ride through all the canals. So special and a bucket list goal achieved. I cannot praise Flavours Holidays enough and I am leaving for Spain this weekend for another painting holiday and I will be back here to review.

We had an amazing cooking holiday in Tuscany. Although I was apprehensive at first at the thought of being with a group of strangers for a few days, cooking, eating and exploring the area, by the time we settled into the Villa on the first day, we were all great friends. The Villa was fantastic, the host was so welcoming, and the Chef was brilliant at teaching us all how to cook the local dishes. It was exactly as explained on the Flavours Website, and per the pre-trip explanation call. We also had a great tour around Florence and a tour of the local winery. I would highly recommended Flavours Holidays for any solo traveller, or anyone who is open to making new friends while having a great time exploring their hobby in a beautiful setting!

Spent a great few days on a foodie break in Edinburgh. Everything was of the highest standards as you would expect of Flavours the venue was the unique Penicuik House with the ruins of the original building very atmospheric in the morning mist followed by glorious sunshine later in the day. We spent the days being cosseted, fed, watered (tasted very much like wine) and entertained with cooking demonstrations and wine appreciation talks not to mention the chocolate experience and whisky distillery, the icing on the cake as always is everyone you share the experience with. Thank you Flavours.

I have had seven holidays with Flavours choosing cooking, Pilates and most recently, painting. The attraction for me is the total care of you from the moment you step off the aircraft. Transport, accommodation, catering and tuition are all provided and of an exceptional standard. Whether with friends or as a solo traveller, you are always included and need feel no nerves, all is welcoming. I highly recommend!

I have had many holidays with Flavours over the past few years and have enjoyed every one. They cater well for single travellers - a guaranteed single room with no supplement, and the opportunity to stay in a villa rather than a hotel. I particularly enjoy the mix of learning (cooking, painting, Pilates etc) with trips out and plenty of opportunities to relax. Their customer service is excellent and they make a point of trying to get to know each traveller personally.

Just enjoyed a wonderful short break cookery holiday in Sicily. An immensely enjoyable experience, well organised and superbly led. My second time with Flavours and it won't be my last. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I have holidayed with Flavours 4 times previously in Italy, and have enjoyed every one. This time I joined a culinary 3 night experience at the Penicuik estate in Scotland. The accommodation has been restored and renewed to an extremely high standard. We were a group of 11 and it was sociable and friendly. Scott was there to cook all our food and deliver cooking demonstrations, and there were other culinary-related activities also. Pippa looked after us very well as host. It was a delightful few days, and a time that I will always remember fondly.

I have not long returned from a fabulous culinary week in Marrakesh. We couldn’t have done any more in the time we had, Scott and Sara the host were first class, the villa was absolutely stunning (as was the food and wine). We had a lovely group and all got on very well. This is the 3rd holiday I have had with flavours and I’ve already booked a fourth (shows how great they are). My first holiday with them was 3 years ago and it was my first as a singleton. Everything is well organised, the food and villas are top notch and I’ve made some great friends. For anyone unsure of doing a holiday on your own, I would recommend Flavours

Wonderful villa near Treviso, great chef and host. Day trips to Venice for lunch and a December wander and a late afternoon trip to Treviso for spritz and shopping were lovely. I learnt so much, food was fabulous. Will be booking another trip soon

I have done 4 flavours holidays. All the places we stayed were gorgeous all with lovely pools. I have done 3 cookery courses and one taster that was in Morocco.
I go on my own and have met some amazing people which I am still in touch. It's great for single people. Will definitely do some more. Give a go😀

From the moment we stepped through the door, our Flavours hosts and the local staff were there to look after us. From afternoon tea, to freshly prepared and colourful Moroccan meals, or guided tours of the gardens, nothing was too much trouble.
Trips to Marrakech to visit the souks & Majorelle Gardens, as well as walk to visit a Berber house in the beautiful countryside, gave us a flavour of the friendly and welcoming Moroccan culture.
And the Pilates? Having not really done much Pilates for many years, our instructor, Diane, paced the sessions perfectly; building throughout the week so that I finished the week feeling strong and, inspired to pick it up again when I got home.

We have just arrived back in the UK from our third Flavours Art Holiday and cannot recommend this company highly enough. The accommodation is superb, the locally sourced food is wonderful and the Flavours team is comprised of the most knowledgeable and helpful people. We first went to the Amalfi Coast and had such a good time with the people we met that we have been meeting up for further holidays, and also privately. Michael, our art tutor is excellent, being good natured, patient and encouraging. We are delighted to have been able to arrange a fourth holiday with Flavours to Sicily next year - same group, same tutor. Can't wait!

This was my first experience of a holiday on my own and I chose Flavours (also first time) after very helpful conversations with the company and previous guests (provided by Flavours, with their permission). I decided this might suit me as the groups are small and as it's themed, I would be with like-minded people. I did the language holiday in Sicily and I can't paraise it highly enough. Beautiful villa with large swimming pool and good-sized en suite rooms. Friendly staff, good food and wine and lovely people. I never felt 'alone' but could always retire to my room if I wished to be alone. The tutor was very good. We had our lessons outside by the pool in the shade. The organised trips were very good too. I felt well cared for and had a most enjoyable and memorable time.

Activity holidays for everyone in superb villas .Everything is carefully thought out from delicious food and drink to interesting places to visit . Importantly There is always someone on the end of the phone to help make your holiday run smoothly.

The Flavours Tuscany cooking short break was a lovely experience. The host and the cook were very welcoming, the villa was fantastic, and the group I was with took away any nerves I had about travelling alone. Italian food and too much red wine, will go again.

My painting holiday in Andalucia was great. Fantastic venue, lovely food, super nice and helpful guide Carmen and a very good teacher John. I don’t think I was the only one of our group that was disappointed that we couldn’t get a ticket into the Alhambra. However we still had a very lovely and interesting day in Granada. I love the concept of Flavours painting holidays. This was my second trip and I will definitely be back.

Cookery course with Flavours exceeded expectations. Our hosts, Salvo and Giuseppina excelled at making sure we had the best time. Cooking, sightseeing and going the extra mile for us, was a joy. We were a fun group, who were a pleasure to be with. Villa is stunning. Thank you, flavours, see you in 2026!

This is my third flavours holiday and I can say it lived up to all expectations. I find the company really look after you from the moment you enquire about the holiday until after your return. They excel at providing a personal service.

This holiday was fabulous. The tutor made learning fun and the small group all got on well and helped each other. The host couldn't do enough for us and the chef was amazing. Staying in a beautiful property in the tuscan countryside. Who could ask for more!

I would highly recommend Flavours to anyone.
