Sage Barista Express. Constant updates and great service even though my machine had been repaired previously using non standard parts, Rory and his team have been brilliant, great pricing and rapid service, gladly back in use and working as good as new.

First rate service. Fixed two issues, an intermittent leak and no water coming through the group head on my Sage Barista Express.

Well packaged and arrived safely.
All issues resolved and now working perfectly.

I received excellent service and a professional repair from Fix My Coffee Machine. After initial contact via WhatsApp, communication was excellent. The repair was turned around very quickly, after diagnosing the nature of the fault and also identifying that my Sage Duo Temp Pro needed a thorough descale. I was kept up to date throughout the process and prior to collection, sent a short video of my coffee machine back in action. Many thanks to Fix My Coffee Machine for enabling the coffee to flow again in our house! Highly recommended.

My sage barista needed repairing found fix my coffee machine on the net and contacted Rory, explained what was wrong, Rory knew what the issue probably was. As I live locally I took the machine to him on Sunday afternoon on Monday morning I received a message as to what the problem was,there was a leak and a electrical issue this was fixed by Monday afternoon and I collected the same day. The service was exceptional everything was explained perfectly.

Rory was fantastic from the moment I got in touch. My sage Barista express ( 5 years old) was cutting my power and leaking water so I contacted Fix my coffee machine for a quote. Rory responded very quickly and the whole process from shipping to return took less than a week. Rory kept me up to date of the issues he had diagnosed which also included videos. Overall a first class level of service.

Rory provided possibly the best service I have ever had from anyone repairing anything for me! Unfortunately my (only) 3 year old Sage Barista Pro packed up with what looks like internal water damage. Shipped the machine to Rory and sadly it was irreparable. He tried absolutely everything to repair and explained this all in great detail to me stopping short of a full motherboard replacement when he recommended the total repair cost was not worth it.
Will be taking this up with Sage shortly!

One of my few vices in life is my Coffee machine... so was a disaster when it stopped working!! Found Fix My Coffee machine and despatched it to be fixed...UPS delivered it to them on a Tuesday morning and by around 10:30 I received an email telling me it was fixed and videos showing me.... I paid the extra for a full clean and descales too... Machine arrived home safely and looks like a new purchase! Very happy with the result and service - would highly reccomned!

My coffee machine was in need of repair after a tiny screw fell into the grinder and broke it. I contacted Rory and he responded quickly. I live in Bristol so I chose to drop off my machine at their location. I was kept fully informed at every step of the way, and now my coffee machine is fixed and back operational. I'm so glad, and the cost of repairing is a lot cheaper than the cost of replacing one of these machines. I would definitely recommend Fix my coffee machine, and I wouldn't hesitate contacting them again if something else was to go wrong with my machine.

Fantastic service. Great communication.
Very fast to diagnose the fault and make the repair. Also gave it a very thorough clean and service.

Fantastic communication, we contacted Rory by email and always had prompt replies to our questions.
We live in Bristol so dropped off our sons machine in the afternoon and received an email a few hours later to say it had been fixed. The Sage machine had no water coming through any of the outlets and Rory replaced a couple of valves and pipe.
Can't recommend them highly enough, will definitely use them again if we need to.

LIving in the Nort East it seemed impossible to find someone to fix our Sage Pro machine, other than a couple of 'national' outfits that wanted an arm and a leg just to take a look at it. Having read good things about Rory and Debs at Bristol repairing Sage Express machines, I chanced my arm and enquired if they could help. So glad I did. From shipping the machine to them it was fixed and back to us within a week. Great communications throughout. I highly recommend them.
