Recent repair after pump had failed on a 6+ year old Sage Barista Express. Initial comms were very good and the website has good information about the process. Sent and received via UPS and repair took around a month which I was happy with. Hoping to get a couple more years if not more out of it before having to commit to a new machine which is good sustainability.

Back to making flat whites 👌🏼

To be honest, I was daunted about sending my much loved Barista Express to Bristol for repair, but Fix My Coffee Machine literally had all the angles covered. Every step was easy to follow and they soon found why my machine was tripping the electrics at home, such is their knowledge base. They gave ample updates and I was never left in the dark about anything. A year old when I bought it in 2021, my Barista Express now functions better than ever and I cannot recommend Fix My Coffee Machine highly enough.

Rory what can we say. The coffee machine is working great again. We have a Sage Touch which had problems with tamping. Although Rory was unsure about the problem on this machine he looked into it got the part from Sage and fixed it, letting us know progress all the way. He is local to us so we picked it up. Brilliant service, will not hesitate to use your service again.

We took our Sage machine to the lovely team on a Friday morning and by the next Friday, we had picked it up, repaired and serviced.

Excellent service, my Sage Barista pro machine was playing up with low water flow I had tried to repair it myself with a new water pump but it made no difference. Sent it by UPS to 'fixmycoffeemachine' turned out it needed a new boiler. Excellent communication with the repair shop informing me of the fault and videos once repaired. Sent back up via UPS (Excellent postal service). I cannot fault the service I received and I will be using them again in the future.

Our office Sage Barrister Express had a fault with the auto cut off for the pouring function. Rory was able to fix the issue and service our machine all within 4 working days. Very good communication throughout.

I am just so happy with the service, my machine was in a terrible way and because I am in Bristol I could deliver the machine myself. Rory was excellent and I dropped the machine over on a Friday and picked it up on the Monday!

My Sage Barista Express Coffee Machine developed an electrical fault recently. Having found the Fix My Coffee Machine website, I used the Whats App function which enables you to contact the company via message. Rory came back to me within minutes giving an accurate repair estimate whilst also explaining how shipping to and from the repair location works.
Having booked in the repair/service, I shipped the machine via UPS on Thursday 4th Jan. Rory had fixed the machine by the Sunday and I had it back, in full working order by the following Wednesday.
Fantastic service, would highly recommend Rory and his team. All the best.

When my 8 year old Sage coffee machine started tripping the home electrics between Christmas & New Year I thought I was looking at a long time without coffee and having to buy a new machine. However I found Fix My Coffee Machine online and being based in Bristol they looked super convenient. I was not disappointed! A couple of hours after I submitted an enquiry, Rory was in touch via WhatsApp and booked in a slot to drop off the machine. Rory was very flexible with timings and responsive in his communications. I dropped off my machine at lunchtime a few days later and by that evening he had diagnosed the issue, performed repairs and sent a video showing my machine in perfect working order; a very pleasant surprise! I collected the next day and am enjoying coffee from a machine now working as good as new.
Would highly recommend, a great outfit doing a brilliant, honest job. Very knowledgeable and has spare parts in stock for a speedy turnaround
