Fit Father has helped me with providing me with healthy meal plans, exercises,questions and answers regarding me and my health coaching. This is the best health program out there by far!

I've been a member of Fit Father Project for over 2 years. It's fantastic! Dr. A and his staff are great at developing a full training program that provides effective exercises, nutrition aids, supplements, other expert advice from a wide range of health and fitness disciplines, and motivation (all of which are driven further by a great group of members that are in this together).

I participated in this program for several months and reached phase 3. The content and information provided are outstanding. Dr. A's workouts and meal plans are exceptional—effective and varied enough to keep things engaging.

However, the customer support experience is a stark contrast. Responses have been unhelpful and, at times, outright rude.

Additionally, the billing history and account information are frustratingly ambiguous. There is no clear mention of charges in the dashboard, no email receipts, and no record of what is being charged or when.

Canceling the subscription proved even worse; I was still charged after submitting my cancellation. I am still awaiting a response from support. Unfortunately, my experience with this program has led me to involve my bank to dispute the charges and flag any future transactions from Fit Father Project.
In summary, I am extremely disappointed because this otherwise outstanding fitness and nutrition program is undermined by questionable support and shady billing practices that detract from its value. Dr A's program content is an A, and the customer experience is an F, so I'm giving 2.5 stars.

Feed back on the Foundations program. Brothers I was in the Jan class. Here are my numbers and some thoughts...65 years old, 5'11, retired and my mobility and confidence were shot after being a 24x7 live in caregiver (5 yrs) for my 100 yr old Dad. I had difficulty getting up off the floor it was that bad. My wife said my body was like an old man....not what I wanted or intended to happen.

I couldn't be more happy with my results. I stuck to the program very closely, understood losing weight is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. It isn't easy, but I was and continue to be motivated to change the shape of my body and enjoy the next 30 yrs. Continuing on with the program, I do the best I can with the weights, get my hiit in, walk 3x a week, and watch what I eat like a hawk...it's still not easy but throw in the accountability and online help with Ben & Kat...I'm on my way.

so far I do like the protein powder and supplements I bought, I’m just still kinda not crazy about the customer service responses take forever and I was getting a ton of spam quoting me a membership price discount and then you go on the website and it doesn’t work or I would’ve paid and joined, regardless I think it’s a great system. Just the customer service could use some more work.

I see all of the wonderful stories about how great this program was/is. But that was not my experience. It was literally a website, and you need to try and figure out what it is they want you to do. My hats off to all of those who got any help from customer service after reaching out and getting even more frustrated by being told it is all right there... Ok, I get it, you don't offer customer service... What was it I was purchasing? Everyone that rates this more than a 1 star... you had a WAY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE than I did. This feels like SCAM city.

One of the most comprehensive and easiest to apply nutrition and workout programs I have seen. This teaches you have to follow a health lifestyle, not a diet. Dr A and his team are doing great work. If on the fence, I highly highly recommend trying it.

The Fit Father Project is an exceptional program. The author and leadership team are responsive, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. The program is designed to be sustainable and has helped thousands of "brothers" and "sisters" become more fit.
