I’ve lost 90lbs and am in the best shape of my life! My boys (19 and 21) and I just did our 2nd annual Murph on Memorial Day. All with a 20lb backpack. Needless to say FFP works and is sustainable long term. I highly recommend it!

I have been very satisfied with the…
I have been very satisfied with the response I have gotten from FFP. Last year I had rotator cuff, bicep problems, and torn Achilles tendon. I was not sure if I could workout at contacted FFP. I got a quick response from Ben and he explained that with all the injuries there was not much I could to until I healed. Although I was disappointed at not being able to exercise I took his advice and now I am back to normal and workouts are going great. I give a big thanks to Ben and FFP.

I have had continued late deliveries on…
I have had continued late deliveries on my supplements. I havent had a delivery show on time in months. I don’t mind a day or two, but 5 or 6 days is a bit much. Delivery from Fit Father was much better a year ago. Not sure what has changed.

Perfect for men
The program is explained in a way that just makes sense. The workouts, the diet, it’s all laid out in a way that is easy to follow. The coaches and all the members are also very approachable and extremely encouraging and responsive to any questions that I have had. The community of like-minded people who are encouraging and want you to succeed has been a game changer.
