I ordered the Onyx Fold Reformer. I received the reformer within 1 week of ordering. It was delivered in a wooden box so there was no damage to the reformer. The reformer was partially assembled which was handy. The only issue I had was that the written instructions didn't match up with the reformer. It would have been helpful to have a video to watch that slowly showed how to unfold the reformer, how to attach the rest of the parts and how to connect the ropes and how much slack is needed.

I recently bought an Ivory Reformer, and I can’t believe how fast the delivery was. It got delivered to Sydney within 2 days.
This machine is slim and not bulky like some out there. It glides very smoothly and OMG the quality is immaculate! I’ve used it twice and am already in love with it.
The Fitboutique company is fantastic to deal with. I have done a lot of research, and by far, they are the best out there. Not only did I get free delivery, but I got a few accessories for free and a two-month free workout class from the app. That’s top-notch, man!
Ajay was my contact, and he was so helpful and very prompt when I asked about the product. From the ordering to the delivery and the after-hours response, I can not praise him enough.

I ordered my machine after many months of debating which company to buy from, when I saw FitBoutique was having a sale I made my decision to buy the Ivory folding reformer.
I received my reformer 7 days after ordering, which I was so impressed with.
Setup was easy, although the instructions didn’t exactly match the reformer I purchased, it was easy enough to work out. I did need help though as it is very heavy!
The machine is comfortable to use, the bed is probably not as cushioned as another brand I’ve used but it’s fine. The machine glides well and the hand/feet straps are really soft.
The quality is amazing and I’m really excited to continue using my machine for many years to come!

The customer service is top notch.
They answer all my questions and even re sending my bottle of oil that was leaked all over.
But the reformer itself has good material. Even oil comes off easily with just a wipe.

Love the reformer..so smooth and quiet.
The instructions to assemble could've been better so that we didnt have to carry the whole 75kg reformer upstairs. The carriage would've come apart easy as the first step to assemble.

Finally took the plunge and purchased the Sienna reformer for home. I am super impressed with the machine, it feels good quality and value for money. I've used the app as well, felt like I was in a class, really enjoyed it.

I purchased the Maple reformer and it’s even more beautiful in real life than online. I decided to buy a reformer after using one in a studio and I have to say I prefer mine. It came in 12 days which was excellent, and was super easy to set up. I’ve seen a few people be concerned in the reviews as to whether you can feel the fold but the wheels aren't positioned over the join so it is a completely smooth ride.
The straps are padded which is also nicer than the studio.
I’ve used a few apps and the instructors on Pilates Project have a huge focus on form. Due to this over the past few weeks I’ve seen a dramatic change in my posture, flexibility, and overall tone. It’s actually incredible.
I’ve had a few questions and the customer service has been above and beyond.
Overall I’m incredibly impressed and thankful I purchased the machine … can’t recommend enough!

My reformer arrived quite quickly and everything was there, easy to set up, and I love it. The wood and beige blend in my decor it looks great. I love using it it’s very smooth..

From first point of contact to delivery was excellent, all my questions were answered in a reasonable time before and after purchase. We ordered the Sienna reformer which not only looks great but the quality was excellent for the price, i could tell straight away care and detail was taken with the equipment build and packaging.
Highly recommend this reformer to a beginner or seasoned Pilates pro.

The ivory fold reformer is a dream! It is easy to fold and unfold with just one person, which was a key thing for me. The carriage glides smoothly, only very slightly catching on the middle fold bit. The reformer is a 5/5!!

The only thing to note is the instructions were confusing, they might have been outdated or for a different reformer as it had set up part and steps which mine didn’t need or have. Additionally, I love that it comes with a 2 month trial on the reformer class app, but was confused on how to access this, it is very vague.

Overall an amazing experience!!!

From start to finish, my purchase of my new Reformer from FitBoutique was first class.
The Reformer arrived very well packaged and very quickly.
Putting it together was easy because about 80% of it was already assembled when delivered.
The quality is top class too! Such a pleasure to receive a good quality item these days.

Purchased the Onyx Reformer and the additional insurance. Was very happy with the overall purchase experience and delivery.
Purchased on the 1st September and arrived on the 15th September.
Communication and updates were reasonable, and any queries were promptly replied to.
Does arrive in a large secure wooden box with metal fasteners. But once you wedge them all open it was pretty easy unboxing from there. Unboxing and moving is a 2 person job minimum, so be prepared.
Reformer itself is great. I have used it everyday from delivery and it looks and feels well made.
Very happy from purchase, to delivery experience to the product itself.

I would give 5-stars because I absolutely love my Ivory reformer!! But I’m dropping 1-star because the delivery could’ve been better… I was already a little impatient because I waited around 3 weeks when the website said once it’s dispatched (a week after I ordered), it’ll arrive the same/next day. Once it did arrive, the delivery man was helpful in transporting it into our apartment building. But once he dropped it off to our floor, the box was very difficult to open. We didn’t have the right tools to bust through the metal encasing, it took me and my boyfriend a good hour to take off the lid just using a couple of flathead screwdrivers (which broke in the process). Although I am glad that the packaging is super secure and protective, I wish this kind of information was on the website or I had gotten an email before I received it so I could’ve prepared or asked some people for the necessary tools. Or if the company provided an extra service to help open and unpack the box, I would’ve been more than happy to pay for. Other than that the product itself is amazing, I am so happy I can use it basically everyday. Folding it up and storing it is so easy, takes like 2 mins for me to wheel it out of my study, into my living room and set up for me to use.
