The Onyx fold reformer was delivered exactly how it was presented on the website. Well packaged with easy to assemble instructions.
Buying online can have its risks but I can highly recommend that what is represented is exactly what you are going to get. Its sturdy design is easily comparable to the reformers in my local gym and it’s a wonderful way to get the same quality of workout equipment at home.
In addition, I was offered a free online workout membership to get my home routine started immediately - I am very happy with my Fit Boutique purchase and customer service support.

Great quality reformer at such an incredible price, delivery was excellent and assembly was fairly straightforward (considering I’ve never used or assembled one before). Can’t wait to improve my fitness & health with my first reformer!!

Ordered my reformer on Thursday and received it on Monday from Melb to Syd. Super fast delivery even with Christmas coming up! I’m so happy with the reformer, it’s so smooth and works like a dream. Feels the same as the ones in the studio. Customer service was also fantastic. Thanks again!

I have had the onyx foldable reformer Pilates rig for a month now, I love love love it. The movement feels seamless over the join and although I have not yet folded it, I’m super pleased. The people at fitboutique have been marvellous, the delivery was the reason for only 4 stars. I am in country nsw, so I can expect some what longer wait times. However, I received a notice that the machine would arrive on the Friday (super quick), I rearranged my day, … nothing, checked again and it said Saturday… ok, maybe … rearranged my day … nothing. Luckily, I contacted Aryah from fitboutique, who was lovely and very helpful, she got back to me - even to say she herself was waiting for a response - super professional. I had not heard from delivery company, was expecting a large apparatus- intending to be at home. A week later I arrived home from work and a large 100kg + box right in the middle of my drive way, on pebbles - it took 2 hours to shimmy it into the house. Damn delivery company. However, machine is perfect, exactly like the ones in the studio, very sturdy. The people at fitboutique were wonderful, absolutely no issue. Thanks heaps x

I ordered my reformer on 10/12/25 and received it 15/12/25 and I’m in NSW. FitBoutique was very quick to respond to my questions. I dealt with AJ and Ayrah, and they both responded very quickly. I am extremely happy with my Ivory reformer. It looks beautiful, it glides so smoothly and quietly. I absolute it. Thanks FitBoutique

I got my Sienna a week ago and getting slowly used to it .
I only attended a few classes before buying one as it saves me so much money and travel time.
Very happy so far with the quality of the reformer.

Recently bought Onyx foldable reformer, I still need more time to get used to doing Pilate on reformer, the reformer looks pretty solid and durable , so far I wouldn’t get anything to complain about machine itself.
However I would suggest two of things as below:
1.I don’t think one delivery person would handle it as customer requires.
2.If there’s video of how to assemble the reformer would be much helpful than instruction booklet.

It came with all the bits you need, ball, box, small hand weights & jumping board.

I received my Onyx reformer on October 9th, 2025 only 4 days after ordering it. I'd left a review after setting it up, but am updating my review now that I've been using it. This reformer has been a life changer. I've had extreme health issues over the last year that have restricted what exercise I can do. Reformer pilates has been amazing! This reformer is such good quality, I love it! The main reason I bought the FitBoutique one, was that it had 6 springs, looked better for a man to also use and had the shipping included. I'm so glad I did! It is wider, and my husband is now also using it - and loves it. I couldn't get him interested in exercise until now. It is such high quality, though it's not quite as padded as another brand I'd tried, but still good. The Pilates Project ap is also great! I love that every movement is affective, but gentle and doesn't cause any pain. This is an expensive purchase, but so beneficial to myself, and my husband, so it's an absolute investment.

The customer service from Fitbotique especially from Aj is outstanding – the team is very responsive and helpful in responding to my enquiries.

Very happy with my experience and the quality of the machine. The customer service has been amazing. The delivery was about 5 days to my door. The reformer itself is really nice and I’m so excited to start using it.
