If I could give minus stars I would, the worst company I have ever bought from, wish I had read reviews first. 2 months later, I still haven't received item or refund. AVOID is my advice.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY IT IS FRAUDULENT, I places an order after seeing some lovely jeans in TikTok, paid in the 18th September not knowing they were coming from America, it took 4 weeks to get to England, then no more updates on delivery! I emailed the company who sent a very apologetic email saying they would issue me with a refund! This was well over 2 weeks ago and they keep telling me when they’re trying to do the refund they are getting an error, I’ve still yet to receive my money back! Sit. Touch them they are thieves

Still waiting for delivery that's been "in transit" for eight weeks...

43 days ago I ordered a pair of Jeans from this company and they still haven't arrived.All I get is an automated message telling me the shipping update which is always "in transit".Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order as it seems this is the poor track record for this company.

Ridiculous delivery times. Ordered 2 pairs on 23/10/25 & still haven't arrived (27/10/25) Have asked for a refund but nothing in my bank yet. Have been trying to leave a review on site but it's vanished! Stick to Halara jeans girls, they are superb.

jeans didn’t fit - way too long for a regular- company won’t refund . Offered £2 the £4 then £5 compensation only . Won’t supply return address.
Parcel tracking show coming from USA but not convincing timeline . Think they probably originated China . Details of company hidden.

Ordered 2 pair of jeans in August. Kept my eye on tracking and eventually arrived 10 days ago. Not as advertised - they were meant to be like Halara but these had a poorly fitted zip in the side and also the pockets did not have enough denim to cover the white lining. Complained and company said it would cost me too much to return to China so they offered me £6 out of goodwill. Took it up with PayPal and they upheld my claim. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. On Facebook an English lady with a broad London accent was selling them under the name Fit&Fabulous. She’s now selling under a difference name. You are under the impression the jeans are coming from the USA when they are shoddy goods from China.

Absolute scam! Have stolen a Halara video and advertised halara jeans as being on sale and what arrived about 6 weeks later was a pair of cheap non Halara jeans which do not fit well at all! Do Not buy from this company!!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans on 29th Aug and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. I have contacted them numerous times, they say they have resent the order but not given any tracking info and are completely ignoring my request for a refund.

Took over 2 months to get when asked after a month for refund could not get kept saying on its way then the posted after 6 weeks according to tracking. Just received them apart from the awful smell of jeans the are not true to size very small the seem to be hit and miss with sizes. Trying to find a way to return them not happy will not be us2them again .

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
The goods I ordered never arrived and I’ve been told by them, after dozens of emails, that the parcel was delivered to a “safe place” .There was the ubiquitous day by day tracking details ending at Heathrow! Not my address in Scotland. It says delivered to a safe place (front porch). I don’t have a front porch!
Incidentally, I got 2 tracking numbers - one left Charleston USA on 16th Sept.arrived Heathrow on 10th Oct.!! And the other one left China on 16th Sept and arrived at Heathrow on 7th Oct!!
Initially I was suspicious of them and cancelled the order within an hour - after finding out they took an extra £6 from my bank (thank goodness for online banking). They said it was a system error and refunded me, but said they could not cancel the order because it had already gone to the distributors.
They now say I have to take the matter up with the shipping company myself. They are still advertising online. I found out that the many different companies who were advertising cheap jeans on Facebook are run by the same group and I reported this to Facebook. I wish I had done what I normally do-check the reviews on trust pilot!

Avoid this company. Refuse to provide a refund, and good are not as described. I ordered wide leg jeans in two different colors. What I received are not wide leg (narrow at ankle), identical colors, too long and poor quality.

Waited 8 weeks for delivery and when they did turn up the quality was shockingly poor. Unwearable - DO NOT BUY!!!.

I placed an order on 9 September. When I realised the company was dispatching from overseas I emailed straight away and asked to cancel the order. They replied immediately to say it had already been processed. I got regular tracking updates, but every stage was taking several days. The parcel finally arrived in the UK on 6 October. The tracking status 'in transit in the UK' never altered. On 13 October I contacted Paypal to ask for a refund as I believe the item had never actually been dispatched. Thankfully Paypal upheld my claim and I received a full refund.

Well I never got the jeans but they did issue a refund for the full amount when asked so I suppose that's fair enough.

So I have to say the delivery time is pretty bad (about 7 weeks), following 2 different shipments , one from US that seemed to get to UK and then disappeared into the ether, the second sent from China, which did arrive in about 10 days. I got replies from support, albeit saying to hang on and refusing a refund.. BUT when I finally got my jeans, I really like them! Not Helara, bit of a dodgy zip, but look and fit really nicely.. not bad at all for 19.99!

Ordered 1/8 eventually received my jeans on the 15/10 absolutely appalling service. The jeans pockets do not have enough material so you can see the white lining, Also when they are shown in the videos they look stretchy and they pull the waistline, it doesn't say they have a zip which by the way gets stuck half way when pulled up! I have complained but they want photos and videos, I have spent a lot of time chasing these up, I can no longer be bothered to take this further. Very poor delivery very poor customer service and appalling quality!

Absolute scam of a company, they ‘stole’ some poor sellers video on TikTok who was promoting Halara jeans (which are fantastic by the way) so when you order you think you’re ordering from Halara. You are in fact ordering fresh air from this set of clowns. I agree, the transit company is non existent and in fact just an interface they have built to make you think your order is in transit. I will be reporting these thieves to Consumer Rights UK and reporting them to TikTok and the lady whose video they stole. PLEASE PLEASE do not order from Fit-and-Fabulous.

I am at my whitts end with this company. Every email I receive after asking where my item is comes back the same answer. I am now thinking that my item will never come. It has been in the UK for well over a week and still no sign. I have asked for a refund but no answer given. I also wish now I had read reviews. I'm not happy at all Please avoid this awful website .
