Still waiting for a product delivery and refund for overcharge.
One minute my parcel is saying it’s in china and the next update it’s in United States.
Being robbed off on a daily basis given different tracking numbers. Can’t believe I’ve been so stupid

Order on 4th of October. Christmas present. Animal socks. 77 days ago. Still no order and won't refund my money. This website is a joke. 20 emails and no joy or help just keep telling me wait

DONOT buy this company is a con ordered trousers in September never received emailed 10 times promised to send again not received . I believe this is a fake company and should be struck

A follow up to previous review (Oct 17th).. gave jeans to my daughter as I said in review I do not ever wear anything witha side zip.. less than 2 months the said side zip has broken.. on a positive note ordered and received 2 lovely pair of jeans from Halara.. I will never buy any cheap shyte claiming to be Halara ever again .

Disgraceful company, parcel was tracked from USA to Birmingham UK, where there has been no movement for 2 months, all customer service says it’s in its way, they refuse to take responsibility for a lost parcel, and refund it replace, I can cope with losing money on this I’m truly not bothered.

Horrendous!!!! Never received jeans, from August, asked several times for refund, with excuse that they have re-sent item. Disgusting customer service...Rip off!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

If there was a zero I’d give them that. Ordered jeans 18th November still haven’t received them. Customer service is awful and an absolute joke. Keeps telling me they were delivered and that I should contact my local post office, I have done so and they aren’t the courier. So I asked again about who is the courier they used and they keep telling me to look in my garden and ask my neighbours oh and check with the post office, again. I give up, no jeans or refund

The jeans took forever to arrive, they were not the right style or length. I asked to return but was offered 4 whether that was £s I don’t know !
They suggested I gave them away. I sent strong emails complaining of the service but they are not willing to accept the jeans back even though I would have to pay postage to China 😡!

Order didnt arrive. Was told jeans had been delivered and they hadn't. Terrible service. Do not order

Dreadful experience. Order did not arrive from China as per tracking after 4 weeks. Replacement order sent from America (not convinced). Dreadful quality. Raw, fraying seams, visible pocket linings, puckered hem and zip.

Was offered a £4 refund with suggestion I give them to someone else! After numerous emails accepted £6 refund which I patiently await.

Just don’t go there folks!

Do not use this company. Products are poor quality zoos do not work pocket lining shows when wearing and elastic on top loose

I, like other reviewers was concerned and only read reviews after ordering. The jeans took a little while to arrive (about 4 weeks) and the tracking info stated they had arrived in the US! The day after this the jeans arrived. I have to say they are a really good fit, and comfortable too, and they look like
jeans should do. All in all I'm happy enough to order another pair in a different colour. I did size down 1 size and they fit well, but I do have slim legs.

I read the reviews after my purchase and also got very worried when I didn’t get a confirmation email but luckily I screenshotted my order at checkout. My fleece tights arrived and they fit fine! A bit snug but control very well. Doesn’t really hide the cellulite but it gives a nice tone colour to legs. And oh my god they feel amazing when you put them on. They did take a little while to arrive. But A) I’m pleased they did! B) I do think they were worth the money and C) I am surprised by all the negativity here. And I am pleased I didn’t fall into that category!

Terrible just terrible, ordered what I thought were Halara jeans..... Nothing like them! Don't waste your money ..... I got scammed big time! Yes it was my own fault for not doing my homework and ordering from the Halara website! Ordered in September and only received my counterfeit jeans on the 12th November..... They deliberately put the wrong address on my order but lucky for me my postman is a gem and found it for me! I would have been better off put the money straight in the bin for what I received...... A total scam!

Avoid at all costs. Doesn’t deserve 1 star. Placed my order in August & still haven’t received it. All I get when I email is sorry & the tracker will be updated shortly. It’s tracker link looked like USA, then I received another tracker list that looks like it’s coming from China. DO NOT waste your time or money.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. They take your money and then come up with an excuse for non delivery .They have offered a refund after waiting 7 months for my order.....having read other reviews I doubt I ll ever receive it .
DO NOT ORDER From THIS COMPANY they are fraudulent! Bad karma coming there way ..which they deserve .

I ordered these jeans 3 mo ths ago ,emailed and emailed got told a new pair was being sent out ,they arrived after 3 more weeks .
To be honest the jeans looked like my 2 Yr old grandaughter had made them .Stitching all loose around pockets ,lining too small so shows when wearing. When I reported this by email I've Been offered £2 compensation, declined .I was then offered £6 as I apparently can't return as item is what I ordered .I have requested a full refund .Will.see what doesn't happen !!!DO NOT BUY THEY ARE POOR QUALITY
