Please avoid this company at all cost. They trick you into getting your account and set you up on a direct debit if £39 for 3 months promising if you don’t win, you’ll get a full refund. I even called in about 2 months into the subscription and I was told that I still qualify for my full 100% withdrawal, only to ask for my refund when I didn’t win and I was told I won 1p during one of the draws and can’t even withdraw cos it’s below £20 the minimum withdrawal. Called stating I'd won a competition for Rituals Products worth £200 - nothing more about that in the call, as the 'salesperson' only wanted me to subscribe to a lottery syndicate for £39 a month. While on the call I checked with companies houseto see if they were listed as he described them as an offshore company started on Britain - First World Lottos Online are NOT listed on companies house and have NEVER been listed as a UK company.

Also called Worldlottos.co - various variations for that name take you to the same website that has no real details about the company on it. NO COMPANY NUMBER.

I had received a phone call from 020 4525 8119 after about 3 weeks of entering a competition to win dove products. The woman had a strong South African accent, told me I had won dove products, then went on to tell me I qualified for national lottery tickets, and that my chances of winning were very high😂 I don’t gamble but I entertained her questions for a couple of mins. She then asked me for my bank account details “to confirm my identity”. AVOID THIS NUMBER

I entered a competition to win a PS5, after a week I received a call from First World Lotto, a Tanya Feegan stated that I had won the PS5. Dubious, I continued the conversation, as the competition would not have closed yet. After fifteen minutes of reeling off that I qualified for National Lottery entries and then asking for my bank account details, I asked for their website and asked for confirmation that I had already won the PS5. I was told at this point no, her call was just to confirm MY ENTRY TO THE COMPETION HAD BEEN RECIEVED. I thought Ill play along and gave the account number and sort code to a disused savings account which has a NIL balance.
At the end of everything, she startedto list through points that I could say yes or no to, to agree with / I understood.
Part 13 was rushed through that it sounded like jibberish, when I asked her to repeat it, she was saying that I agreed to the debit of £39 pounds from my bank account. Upon refusing this, she stated that I had agreed earlier in the call when she was reading to me about how the lottery entitlement increases over time. After I stated again that I do not gree to this, the call was disconnected. How rude!

Tanya Feegan had a strong south African accent, and whn I queried her company she stated that it was a UK based company endorsed by The National Lottery (ha! endorsed? I do not believe you know what the word means), and she was based in the South Africa office. Reflecting, the use of a strong accent could have been a ruse for you to miss the rushed question of agreement of a debit.
