Very poor communication luck of transparency of charging they clients its very shameful to be deceiving your own clients

I will advise not to lease from them

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. The charges are unreasonable, and the lack of transparency is very concerning. Make sure you keep records of every transaction and communication because you may find unexpected deductions from your hard-earned money. I would not recommend this company.

First Step have been assisting us with our van fleet for several years now, and overall, they’ve been a brilliant company to work with.
Their prices are competitive, the service has always been excellent and, most importantly, they have a genuinely ethical approach to doing business. Over the years, there hasn’t been a single occasion where we’ve felt we were charged unfairly for anything (although we do look after our vehicles well).
A big shout-out to Ross for his continuous first class service. Brilliant guy to work with 👌

This is the second van I have leased of first step and I have nothing but good things to say about the company, first class service nothing is a problem and Ross who has been my go to man is brilliant most helpful person and on the ball. First step are first class and I highly recommended them

Amazing service from Drew and team. Would recommend to anyone. Sent over tonnes of videos and pictures before I pulled the trigger on the right van and it was ready for pick up within a week. Better than waiting weeks from everyone else on the market if you need a van!!

Fantastic service from Ross. Very helpful from the first conversation to the last. Unfortunately I got an Achilles tendon injury on the day of delivery. Ross quickly managed to postpone the delivery until I was cleared to drive again 12 weeks later without out any changes.

First step very professional company made my experience obtaining a van a very smooth experience Ross was very helpful all the way from start to finish.

I am a very difficult customer disabled and in and out of hospital constantly but they were so patient and concerned to provide exactly what I needed and delivered it when I needed it. Customer care second to none. Thank you.

Second Custom van from FSVS and I can honestly say that they are top shelf!!
Only spoke to Ross on Friday.
He sorted me out a cracking deal on a new custom sport and it’s been delivered today (Tuesday)
exceptionally good customer service.
And it’s fully loaded with spec which wasn’t aware of, bonus!!!!

A good overall experience, communication prior to delivery of the van was great. Ross was responsive and delivery was made just a day or two after ordering the van.

A couple of hiccups with communication after receiving the vehicle, however these have been resolved fully and service regarding this by Drew has been spot on.

Ross was a huge help, told him what I wanted and he sorted it. Quick turn around and I will be a returning customer. Highly recommend
