These people are thief's. I signed up for the most expensive plan that would include my refrigerator but 9 months later I contacted them because the ice making part wasn't working. They said if I pay an extra $45 and wait a month then it will be covered so I did. When I called after a month they said it wasn't covered because it was a preexisting problem. I told them to send my $45 back. They refused. When I signed up I refused to include automatic renewal. A couple months ago I started receiving texts warning me to call them to renew because my policy was about to expire. I didn't but before it expired I checked my credit card. They renewed it without my permission. Then yesterday I got another text reminding me to call them. Thats after the thieves took my money for it . Now they won't return my money. I complained to the Federal Trade Commission. They got right back to me. They are investigating them.

A+ service when dealing with customer service.

Buyer Beware! This company is the worst! They lie, and try to scam you into accepting a pennies on the dollar settlement as opposed to fixing the appliance. Then they don’t pay you! Had to call them over 35 times to repair a dishwasher and TV. They never return calls. The repair companies that they send won’t work for them because they don’t get paid. Tried to cancel my policy and they offered me next to nothing and were going to keep over $1,100 as an administrative cancellation fee! These guys are crooks! Have already reported them to the BBB who stated they have many claims against this company for miss representation. The salesmen that sell you the policy will promise you anything but they don’t deliver. Save your money and the frustration and seek coverage elsewhere. Still owe me money on 2 cash in lieu of offers we settled on that they never paid.

The worst home warranty company. Just look at their BBB ratings and complaints. I filed a complaint last year and they advised the BBB that they will escalate the problem and get in touch with us, they never once reached out. The lack of communication and service is beyond unacceptable. Review all this companies reviews from all sources and you will see how horrible this company is.

They are scammers a fake account was open with my credit card when contacting first Premier they told me that they would do a charge back and they didn't when I called back they would just make noises and say we can't help and hang up people stay away from them and the shady service.

this is such a scam . the customer service sucks and they never even try to get you help. i purchsed a home service with fahw i paid extra for hot tub and pool service, my hot tub jets stop and it was not getting hot . i called for service , may 24 a service guy came out said he would be back in two days with the part to repair tub then he came bac k2 weeks later put the hot tub bords back on and said fahw does not fix hot tubs anymore he said they did last week but they say they dont repair them anmore and yet i have paid for the service almost a year

This is not a good warranty company, nothing is never approved. They over talked you. Customer service is rude.

Be very careful. They told me they did not have a technician in my area and to use my own. When I did they are saying since they didn't send someone they are not paying. Very shady. If they say there is no technical available. Make sure to document via email. They will not respond to you via email so you must document it in your communication to them. Then immediately contact
The better business bureau where they reside in New York bbb and put in a complaint. It will take a long time for a response so do this ASAP. Question to Trust Pilot, most of the higher reviews are not from customers of first Premier, but other businesses they have contacted. Is that allowed?

Worse company ever then I found out they got kicked out of Washington state operating illegally and bait and switch practices
They are a scam at best
They denied a claim about my dryer simple fix
Do not waste your money on them

Filled a claim over 1month ago for drain stoppages
Still not fixed
Handyman said call a plumber thats what I called for anyway
Handyman said he told them not to call him again
I called back and left a message for someone to call me
Still nothing
Renter said the would call a plumber
I’d better be reimbursed
I may loose my renter and that’s 3k a month
I guess I better call a lawyer

First Premier Home Warranty. I put a claim in #8431 on July 1st 2024. They assigned the claim to DNG Appliances on July 3rd. They came out and diagnosed the problem and I needed a new temperature control. Dng had to get the ok from First Premier which they say they never got it. After trying to contact everyone and keep things going this has taken several weeks. DNG charged me a service fee of 65.00 and my insurance only would cover 60.00 but the manager said he would cover the 65.00 in addition The insurance company is only going to give me a check for 100.00 to cover the cost of the part.
they sent me another email saying they going to send me a check for 160.00 not 165.00. I finally found out the labor was going to be 80.00 so I am going to be 20.00 dollars out of pocket. So not wanting to argue anymore I called DNG and told them what they had said so I said just order the part and I will pay you the 180.00. They we don't work with the customers. I called the insurance company and told them and they just we are sending you the check you can go anywhere you like. That just does not make any sense, they assigned the claim to DNG and said to call them and I did. How am I supposed to know I can go anywhere else and why would I want because he got the cost of the part and the insurance is going to pay for the part, if I call somebody they might pay more for the part and want more money. It all ended with me getting mad and upset. I read him line for line that his company told me to go there and he didn't care. He said I should ignore that letter and now the case is closed because I signed the letter. He asked me if I had anymore questions and I said yes and he said in a rude voice you mean you have another claim. I said I didn't say that. I said I had a question and would you handle cancelation of my account and he said and I said I needed a confirmation that it was closed I needed a date on it so they could prorate the money and he just said we don't do that. I've been around for a long time and I have had good companies and Bad ones. If I try to think about other bad companies, I have had a few over the years but this Company First Premier Home Warranty is at least 10 times worse than anything I have ever had in my Life!

First Premier is a horrible company. Don't be scammed into giving them a dime. They stole ALL our money, didn't pay out one single claim. Threatened us. INSIST THEY PROVIDE YOU THE REAL CONTRACT BEFORE YOU PAY THEM A DIME. Still suffering PTSD from our experience with First Premier.
