I have only been working with First Found (Stuart Houghton) for a few months, but their support with my website has exceeded my expectations. First found looked at my existing website, advised on how to improve it, add SEO information etc and made me aware of the importance of wording and SEO in view of increasing internet profile visibility. I am really happy with the work done so far, the website has been transformed and now looks very professional. First Found are putting in the ground work moving me up the google rankings in a crowded marketplace. All good so far, only time will tell if business picks up via site visits. However I am now really happy for people to visit my website as a first port of call.

They started well but our loyalty came to nothing in the end. Initial SEO was great, we received increases in traffic. They even designed us a new website, at a cost of course. Though after a number of years, no contact, discussions about refocusing and what it was brought up I was felt like I had to do all the work. In the end I left when I was told that the reason our traffic was reducing was because our website (which they built) wasn't mobile friendly. When I brought this up and wanted to discuss refocusing our SEO, again I was made to feel as though I was asking for too much and that I was going to have to do the work. Yes they are cheap though you get what you pay for and since we have changed our traffic, optimisation and website are 100 times better. As I say, started well and then seriously let us down and weren't interested in putting it right.

after endless calls from overseas offering overpriced packages that weren't suitable for my business I finally found a team here in the UK that have done exactly what was promised.

And in a very short space of time we had results which have had a very positive impact on our business.

Would 100% recommend and couldn't ask for a better package price.

Have found it very difficult to get things started with this company. Sales guys are very smooth and talk a good game upon initial interactions, however getting any work done that doesn't involve crucial pages being deleted from the website is a different story.

Not sure First Found are used to working with bigger companies.

Trust First Found, please avoid the hell of Yell.
We made the mistake of leaving First Found after getting too much business!
Our next mistake was to be sold a new website by Yell. Yell have totally damaged our business in six about months, not bad going! We are putting all of our trust back into First Found to totally rebuild our site and get us back into the digital marketplace.

The first client whom I dealt with at this conpany was Daljeet Singh, he came across as a helpful person, he replied to emails vey quickly and returned my phobe calls as early as possible. This was all before I sign the conrract, after the he did not reply to any of my emails and did not call back at all.
The allocated consultant James McWilliam, gave useful tips and advices though I had a bit of hiccup initially but all sorted after James understood they way I like things to be done.
Also after initially raising the issue, I received a call from a senior consultant called Grant, who was very understanding and helped a lot

Excellent customer service from Grant J and team, I have been using First found for a little while and have had fantastic results. We went through a sticky point when I made changes to the website but we got the cog turning again and have had fruitful results.
