Fantastic service
My site was struggling to maintain its position on page one of Google. I contacted Firstfound and liked what they said and found their prices very reasonable. I signed up for 6 months and was introduced to my account manager 'Meeral Siddiqui'. Within a few weeks I was back to position two on page one. The amount of enquires I'm now receiving is amazing. I used this company for 2 years for SEO…
I used this company for 2 years for SEO and social media posting at a cost of £5k. I wouldn't recommend them for either SEO and social media, due to their lack of work and knowledge. After 2 years I did expect all pages to be optimised as agreed in the contract, there was no on-site optimisation as greed completed by First Found. And only 5 posts over 2 years on Linkedin, my contract said this could not be changed but they decided not to bother with Linkedin. My Linkedin profile was never setup correctly either with no pictures or about us section. They are reliant on people not understanding about SEO or social media, sending a report each month, with no SEO work on a monthly basis and tracking one keyword. My rankings for mobile decreased due to this company not advising about the mobile algorithm changes and there was no mention either about https, which I was informed by a different company had been announced by Google nearly 2 years ago. I wouldn't recommend them.

I’m sorry to hear that you feel our services have not lived up to your expectations.
From reviewing your account I can see that your website has been optimised and we have already provided you with evidence of this. In terms of your LinkedIn account 5 posts were posted per week for the first 4 months of your service, following this we stopped posting on LinkedIn to concentrate on Facebook and Twitter which were getting a better response from your target audience, you were informed of this decision at the time and had no objections to this.
As your website was already mobile friendly no changes were needed in relation to Google’s mobile algorithm update. In terms of HTTPS this was primarily aimed at ecommerce websites and has no significant impact on website rankings. Throughout the duration of the service you were kept updated on the progress of your website and social media services and were happy with the progress made.
We're sorry that on this occasion our service has not lived up to your expectations but are confident that the service was delivered to a high standard. We have been in business for over 18 years and have thousands of happy customers who have experienced great results from using our services.

I dealt with First Found for 3 years…
I dealt with First Found for 3 years and stopped using them when I discontinued using a website. As circumstances have now changed I had no hesitation in coming back to First Found as they did a great job in the past. I have now resurrected my website and I feel First Found was the ideal company to help support me in what I would like to achieve. They listen to what I want and hope to achieve and help me to get this.

I have been with First Found for 3 of my businesses now and I can't recommend them enough. I trust what they say implicitly and what they have done for my websites and ultimately my business has been invaluable. It has been a long process but finally our website is live and we are extremely happy with it. It was a real collaboration. We had a clear vision of what we wanted to achieve and it took a lot of steps to get there. During all of this Chris Stott at FirstFound was extremely nice to deal with: patient, unflustered and prepared to work through any problems as they arose.
He and his team have provided a first-class service at a reasonable cost
