SCAM SCAM SCAM. Dont go through them. They give you the run around and don't answer your questions and keep transferring you to different companies that also can't answer anything. All I wanted was an answer and even after filing a complaint with the BBB they resolved nothing. I will keep writing reviews any chance I get. It's not even about getting money back. They are an awful place and claim to be a 3rd party company but they are the ones taking the money out of my account???? And they can't answer any of my questions???? Don't waste your time with them.

I don't know who these people are and why they took 88.50 out of my credit card so some body owes me a lot of money.
It’s a scam. We asked them point blank: Are you representing insurance companies on the ACA marketplace and they lied and said yes. They’ll sell you insurance with “$0” deductible but don’t tell you that you have to pay 30% out of pocket for everything! They send you a bunch of booklets with convoluted steps you have to take to avoid getting charged thousands of dollars, and you’ll never know upfront exactly how much it’s going to be. Stay away! Make sure you only ever buy insurance on the official exchange/marketplace!

Agent Andrew McDonald miss sold me my insurance. He sold me a health cover with Doctor visits, emergency care etc and specifically told me there was no dental or eyesight coverage, when I went to see my doctor they informed me I was not insured to see them and was only covered for dental and eyesight. They refused to refund me after being miss sold this product, cancelled the only product I had with them without my consent and now have not contacted me again. I have opened a claim with California department of insurance stating how Andrew has miss sold me this product and now refusing to engage with me. Do not use this company they will lie to you on the call to get their commission on an unlawful sale.

I was looking for insurance for my wife who has advanced RA and other conditions. The agent recommended and after 100 questions he assured me that all medications were covered and I bought the policy. After more than 6 weeks of back and forth being on the phone getting the run around on her most expensive medication it was still not resolved. This was clearly misrepresented and FRAUD! when I cancelled the policy and asked for a refund every place I call from customer service to billing hangs up on me. The agent Mike wont return my calls after multiple messages. I intend to go to the state attorney generals office to file a fraud complaint. They do not offer any prescription coverages and instead rely on other third party discounters and no one assumes any responsibility for delays. With luck my wifes dr office has given her samples to carry her over otherwise she would have been without her medication that is CRITICAL. STAY AWAY!

$216 a month for six months...my son never received a policy or his insurance card, but when he needed treatment all of his claims were DENIED (in spite of the fact that when called, the "customer service representative" specifically said that everything would be covered. Then I checked the blogs, and found out that this is just a scam. What they say over the phone and promise and what they actually do are two different things...they promise to pay and then do not. Don't buy this insurance!

Will recommend First Enroll to anyone looking for a great TPA. From the beginning, which is almost 4 years now I have never had any major issues while being thoroughly assisted with anything minor that has popped up along the way. Great group of people on their end to work with

Do not believe anything they tell you!
I was looking for private insurance and was completely lied to. When I finally got an email and looked up what I was told and none was true, I immediately called to cancel. They refused and billed for another month.

After I applied for Covered California this company called me portraying themselves as I connect an agency that helps you pick a plan like Blue Shield or Kaiser for Covered California applicants. The supposed agent set up a plan through Blue Shield and charged me a deductible of $238.98. when I contacted Covered California they said this place should never have collected any money from me or started a brand new application. When I tried to call the company back every time I began to explain why I was calling in regards to why they took my money they hung up on me. I was scammed out of that money. I currently have a claim through my bank to get my money back. Unfortunately, I gave them my social security number and my debit card information and I signed papers authorizing this. That plan was canceled through Covered California as not correct and told me to try to contact that agent and get my money back or call my bank. I've since canceled my debit card and filed a claim with my bank. Be wary if you sign up for Covered California and any agency contacts you to help you set up a plan. I would contact Covered California directly because they have people who help you set up these plans legitimately.
