No issues with bus ride however, a call to know bus is enroute -both departure and arrival - would be nice instead of US having to contact to see if bus is coming.

The Driver was friendly and helpful and everyone on the bus was comfortable.

The buses had no air conditioning the temps were triple digits, and your buses had no AC. How can you transport children on a bus on days when the temps are in the triple digits and your buses have no heat. A few of our children were over heated when they returned to school from riding on the buses without any AC.

Our driver was wonderful, and it was so great to have an air-conditioned bus on a hot St Louis summer day!

The buses were late and showed up at the wrong location. I was charged late fees to update the trip and it seems like that information still didn’t make it to the drivers, so it felt like I was unfairly charged. I was also told by the chaperones that the drivers were unsafe to try to make up for being late, which is concerning as the passengers were mostly children. Our organization will not be reserving buses with this company again.

The bus was an hour later than scheduled and caused some small issues with our day; however, the bus driver was amazing. Professional, fun, kind, and accommodating to our students. Hoping to get her for every chartered bus moving forward.

I did not go on the trip but I asked the teachers and they said the driver arrived on time, was very pleasant, knew the route and was wonderful with out 4 year olds. This was definitely a 5 star trip and the first one with your company. Thank you.
