Very prompt!! The woman who drove us was amazing 🤩!!! She dropped us off and was waiting on us whenever we were ready to leave. She was super nice to all the teachers and the children!!! Thank you for a great experience!!

The bus was on time for both departures

Mona was our bus driver. She was very nice, picked us up on time and got us home safely. The bus was reasonably priced. We had plenty of room for our 22 person group and all our coolers and chairs. I would definitely rent again.

One of the buses that we hired for 3111 Parkwood Lane got lost.

The drivers were great. They were timely and friendly.
The buses needed maintenance.

Everything worked out just fine. The drivers called me and checked-in before arriving as well as called me when it was time to leave.

I requested two buses and only one showed up. It was difficult but we made it work.

This has largely been a very positive experience. Apart from one instance, the bus has always been within 5 minutes of the desired arrival time. The drivers have all been great!

Last year we had better service. Assuming we continue the relationship, we would ask for a daily point of contact as we found working with the drivers wasn't always the most pleasant.

Drivers seem pleasant and engageing thier student riders and almost all buses have been timely and improving over the past couple of weeks

Our driver, Corey, was great to work with. The problem was the bus was 30 minutes late and no one contacted us. We had to call to find out what was going on. Even then we did not get an answer until 28 minutes late. We already began developing a plan B. Fortunately the bus arrived before we put that plan in action and we made it to our destination, only late.

You guys were fantastic on having the bus where I needed it to be on time, You guys had fantastic bus drivers, You all had wonderful buses that we could take, however NOBODY picks up the phone when I call. I called at least 7 times leading up to the trip because I had a question and every time I would wait on hold for 30 mins, be sent to voicemail, and then I never received a callback. Whatever needs to be done on the phone call situation would be greatly appreciated if aided.
