Great handy pouch with tough cut…
Great handy pouch with tough cut scissors. Missing a few basics such as foil blanket. However there is enough room in pouch to add a few extra items.
Disappointed to find extra charge at checkout for VAT and postage cost was higher than most other companies. Not sure first aid for less is an appropriate title.

We’re glad to hear you found the pouch and scissors to be of good quality, and it’s helpful to know where you feel a few extra essentials, like a foil blanket, could improve the kit. Regarding delivery, we do offer free shipping on orders over £65, and for smaller orders there’s a £3.95 option if you’re happy with a 3-day delivery timeframe. We aim to keep this as competitive as possible while ensuring reliable service.
As a business-focused supplier, our prices are displayed excluding VAT, which is then added at checkout in line with UK regulations. Many of our customers are VAT-registered businesses who can reclaim this, although we understand this may be less clear for individual buyers. We include a toggle on our website that lets you view prices with or without VAT, so you can choose the format that suits you best.
