Delivered two days after ordering. Checked the website same day for a friend, only to discover a substantial price reduction had been applied that day. I emailed and asked if I could qualify even though I was a day ahead, and the refund was applied to my account within 24 hours. Very easy to set up and fit, excellent customer service. Recommend strongly rather than being ripped off by charges for fitting the ones that work of the electric supply.

I ordered the 'Standard Bundle' from Fireguardplus via their website and all arrived safe and sound. There was a bit of a delay in the delivery but that was to be expected.
When prepping the detectors for pairing, one of the smoke detectors would not initiate, so I contacted Fireguardplus by email and they immediately arranged a replacement which arrived a few days later.
Just as shown in the instruction video, all detectors were paired, installed and tested very easily and quickly, and I was now fully compliant with the latest Legislation.
I then decided to add further smoke detectors to the rest of my downstairs rooms. I contacted Fireguardplus and ordered an additional 3 smoke detectors, which arrived in approx. 1 week.
I contacted Fireguardplus for some technical advice on how best to integrate the 3 new smoke detectors into the system I already had operating in my house. Peter at Fireguard responded by return email with expert advice that was very easy to follow. I then paired, installed the new additional smoke detectors, and then tested the whole system - everything worked perfectly!
The smoke detectors themselves are very slim and unobtrusive and easy on the eye, they are simple to install and the technical support from the Fireguardplus team is first class.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending.

Brilliant service. A relative purchased one of the bundles for me, arrived within the stated time and was easy to link and install, I used both the adhesive and the drilled install options as different ceiling types. The relatively slim profile and design of the alarms doesn't really distract from each rooms aesthetic. A fault developed just after install, however I'm still happy to give 5 stars due to the way this was handled, they responded quickly to my email with an apology, asked a few questions and asked me to submit a couple of photographs, confirmed it was covered under warranty and sent out a replacement straight away. Friends and family who also use these have had no issues.

Yes there were delays....but that's to be expected when the whole country waits til the last minute then all order them at the last minute. The company replied quickly to my question as to when they would be sent...and when the arrived the are easy to install and easy to operate. Certainly recommend.

I order and it took weeks for the items to be posted. When they posted the items the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I complained about it but still waiting for them to resolve the issue. This has been now more than two weeks and they stopped replying to my emails.

They flash every 60 seconds to demonstrate they are operational.....every....60....seconds. the light is bright in a dark room, such as a bedroom.

This is not stated at all on their website. It shines through the sides so you can't cover it...

Avoid like the plague if you I tend to place in a bedroom....

Easy to order from website. Delivery was 2-3 weeks but turned out to be 4 due to demand. I admit I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews but all is okay. Communication was prompt from Peter when I initiated it and I was offered a refund. My order arrived soon after my last email. Items were well packaged. Set up/pairing/fitting instructions were easy to follow. They are a plain design and therefore unobtrusive. The remote control makes testing a doddle.

Very poor communication. I paid for my order and lost my patience waiting for the delivery. So now I trying to get a refund. I would sincerely advice to stay away from this company.

Having read some of the poor reviews I can`t say this has been my experience. I ordered an alarm kit and had to wait a few weeks but i knew that. After receiving my kit and installing it my pooch decided to chew up the remote that came with it. I messaged to ask if I could purchase a replacement & got a quick response from Peter to say that on this unfortunate occasion he would replace it free of charge. Replacement arrive today some 4 days afer I messaged him - now thats service for you,

I ordered 2 sets of alarms on 7 February, and was told they would be delivered in 2-3 weeks due to exceptional demand. It is now 4 weeks later, no alarms and no contact. I have tried contacting them by email and their form and get the same automated response, that they can't deliver in less than 2-3 weeks. Have I been scammed?

Really, really poor. No correspondence when sent email asking about delivery after three weeks, although site still says products are in stock. More than happy to take our money but can't reply to emails. Why say products in stock but not ship after three weeks? Might be very busy but have not had one correspondence or reply to my emails.

We bought 3 alarm bundles from this company. Only two arrived. When contacted on two occasions, to chase up the reamining bundle we were told that they were delayed due to covid. Now they are claiming we were sent all the bundles in the first package. This is not the case and they refuse to send us our items or provide a refund of £129.98. Really poor.

Excellent service. Ordered the pack from them; it arrived earlier than they had said; one was faulty and wouldn’t turn on.
I emailed the office (Saturday morning) and got a reply by the afternoon! Replacement in my hands by Wednesday.
Very easy to link and fit.

Recently purchased a special order from this company. Arrived smartly. Easy to set up. I used the sticky pads which are very good. Don't like screwing things. Anyway delighted with product. Had an issue with one which started bleeping and flashing red. Emailed the company and a replacement was ordered. No quibble. Very good service.

Alarms were delivered quicker than estimated and fitted by myself in 25 minutes as I screwed them to the ceiling and also fitted the sticky pads (belt and braces).
The instructions were easy to follow and paired up no problem.
Tested them and you can certainly hear them they are really loud.
