Website is misleading. Sent me something I did not want and would not take it back. Super scammy pricing and shipping.

It's the biggest online store of different supplements which must be included in your daily diet.
Of course not all of them, but the assortment is so wide that you have a lot to think of. For instance, I can't live without vitamin D, thus I purchased here capsules and consume them daily to supplement the amount of this vitamin comes with the food.
Additionally, there are certain nutritions for different diseases or just to enhance brain activity, for instance.

Worst customer service I have encountered. Can't order items either online or over the phone as no one will return your calls - left vm. Hopeless.!

Not sure if I have the right day. I went in last week and witnessed the "new" owners yelling at a staff member. I can't believe the mecca of health has turned into a place of unhealthy and terrible people.
Staff seem indifferent or scared and I will never shop here again. I am absolutely devastated and it makes sense why the quality has been going down this past few months now that I see this.

Finlandia is just totally fab! Staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Also the item I ordered was ready within a couple days, very quick. And I couldn't source it *anywhere* else, so that's also massive bonus points to Finlandia!

Finlandia has been an excellent choice for our family for natural pharmaceuticals for several years. We have been pleased with the quality of the products we choose and need on an ongoing or short-term basis. There is always a Naturopathic pharmacist on hand to speak to if we have any questions or need to know more about what we are purchasing. The online advantage has been great during the years of Covid and is a way we now continue to do our shopping. The online experience is always well executed and prices for products and shipping are reasonable. Availability is also good. Problems with orders and/or shipping are taken care of promptly and courteously. We thank the online staff for their professional support. We would recommend Finlandia highly for your Naturopathic needs.
