Just booked for Draculas castle for March 2027. Kyla was incredibly friendly & helpful and it was all sorted out and booked very easily. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we are really looking forward to our trip. Would definitely use again.

I booked my trip to Krakow in June. The only real reason I wanted to go there was to visit Auschwitz. The flight was fine but the hotel could have been better (booking in was very difficult as no reception. We only managed it because of the help of others who had been there a couple of days) i was due to go to Auschwitz on the Wednesday and on Monday evening this company messaged me to say that my trip was cancelled. I was completely distraught which spoilt my evening as i spent hours on the Internet trying to find another company with tickets. I eventually found one but the cost was more than 6 times the original price that i paid. I will not be using this company again

Kenny was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions, which were a lot! And sorted out everything for me. Would be 5 stars but not been on trip yet.

Had the opportunity to book a great deal to Disney Paris and with the help of Abigail the booking process was very pleasant and nothing was too much to ask. Definitely will use it again!!

Straightforward communication from Bianca Brown, listing a couple of options for the trip I wanted to take. Bianca was very responsive to my questions about the trip and modified it several times until I was happy with the outcome. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Booking was straightforward and all details confirmed in an email before finalizing the booking.
