The single worst customer service I have ever experienced, we communicated through WhatsApp and I asked for a specific knife, they said it will take 1 month and I agreed to wait, they sent me an invoice which I immediately paid, one month later the wrong knife has been ordered by them, they then start screaming at me and saying it's my fault despite the whole conversation taking place in English which they struggle to speak well, I then called them up and the weak little man that answered the phone starts shouting and sweating at me in Spanish and then hangs up, then they say they refuse to refund me OR send the incorrect product and block me from any further communication, no product received, no refund received, absolutely TERRIBLE, reprehensible company that refuse to own up to their own ineptitude and will scam you out of your money if there is any issue with your order
