My opinion of Fileforms.com was neutral until:

* I was unable to find confirmation of payment nor a receipt online at Fileforms.com
* I did not receive confirmation of payment via email.

The lack of transparency concerns me and I feel puts my business status at risk of not filing with my State.

Every online service provides this most basic confirmation (i.e. receipt). This is online business 101. How can I prove to the State that I filed via a third party without a receipt?

In the spirit of fairness, I've written Fileforms.com. We'll see.

I paid a $149 convenience premium (filing directly costs $25) for a total of $174. The premium is not my complaint, but I feel that it is important to mention.

Alarmed at the lack of transparency, I filed directly for $25 through a slightly clunkier government portal. Lesson learned.

I will update this review should I hear from Fileforms.com.

These people are spammers.

They're sending spam to my .me.uk domain (a type of domain that's specifically for individuals in the UK), about an annual report for a business in Pennsylvania that I've never heard of.
It looks like their systems are guessing at domains that are similar to business names, and sending spam withouth checking whether they're anything to do with that business.

This kind of spam is illegal here in the UK, presumably it's the same in the US.
