No problem purchase
Bought a pair of Muckboots for a gift. Ordering was straightforward but on reviewing my purchase later, I couldn't access the website. Alarm bells ringing. Became concerned. However, received an invoice the following day but from another company, luckily a footwear supplier. Then notification that the parcel had been received by the post office, a day after. The boots arrived today, ahead of the scheduled delivery date. Therefore, my experience of this company has been faultless.

The worst company I order my wife…
The worst company I order my wife sketchers. He refused to refund the shipping. Even the wrong size was not my fault Charlot Wass, dealing with my order. She was so rude and arrogant. I would never with them again rubbish company . Do not shop from them horrible customer service.

Terrible Returns Process and Bad Customer Service
I followed their returns policy to return an item but they are refusing to refund or supply a credit not as they claim the item had been 'worn' by myself. The item had not been worn and was returned promptly with all tags and stickers in place. They claim there were marks but there are none. They have a completely awful returns process and clearly don't want to part with the money back. So be vary cautious when ordering from this company. It was my first time ordering from them and sadly will be the last.
