Thought my chair would take 4 weeks for delivery but it arrived in a couple of days, well packed. Very pleased with it.

I love the Lula chair in blush pink that I ordered. It was perfect for my room and exactly as described. The covering is a really beautiful fabric. I had to wait 7 weeks for delivery, which was the only downside, but it was worth waiting for ! Ordering was really easy, as was arranging delivery. Would definitely recommend Fern & Grey, and would like to order from them again.

Ordered what I thought was a hall runner rug from Fern & Grey. When it arrived it turned out to be vinyl PVC. Poor description on their website. I would have thought a 'rug' would be made from a fabric of sorts not plastic. Totally overpriced item for what it was. Accept that it was my mistake for not reading the description in detail.
Main gripe however is they packaged it in an unnecessarily large box which meant it cost £12+ to return (as you have to return in original packaging) and then refunded less than the price I paid as they deduct the cost of original postage on refunds. In summary if you want to return an item to Fern & Grey it will cost you a lot. I paid £17.50 for nothing. Won't be using them again

I've been looking to buy a round dark wood coffee table for some time so was delighted to find one through Fern & Gray. The table arrived very quickly just two days after ordering and in an allocated time slot too. It more than met expectations and is superior to a similar size table from a certain well known Swedish store and less than their price. The service has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Fern & Grey.

I ordered the mint Lula chair, as the best looking Art Deco cocktail chair of all the sites I looked at, at a great price. It is just STUNING; more so than I'd expected. Incredibly comfortable, too... I may get another!

Another source of retro and mid century furniture which ties in nicely with other retail websites. Purchase arrived quickly.

I ordered my chair over the Christmas period and got a confirmation to explain any orders over the Christmas period would be delivered first week of Jan.
As promised, first week of Jan, I got an email with a link confirming my delivery date.
I had to request it was left in a designated place as I was out, but this was all fine and I was delighted that the parcel arrived in perfect condition.
The chair itself is exactly what I was hoping for and it looks exactly as it did online. Not only does it look good but its very comfortable and the quality is great.
Although I received minimal emails (not a bad thing) it was great service. Would definitely shop again as the chair was a definite bargain in the sale.
