From the start of making this ring, I worked on email with Abby who went back and forth with me 60 times to help handcraft and tailor the perfect ring for my wife. It turned out beautiful and incredible. The perfect ring full of meaning for my wife and representing of her character and beauty, and much of things personal to us. the ring is just as beautiful as it is in pictures.. the timeline they give in your confirmation email is accurate. only thing that would be kinda cool is little update notifications thru the process since it does take 4-5 weeks (you get excited n antsy waiting for it 😭)

I personalized a beautiful opal ring which the company answered questions about every step of the way. They even showed me multiple opals so I had my preference. I appreciated their good customer service and my ring is so sparkly and beautiful! It's perfect!
