The ring is beautiful and I loved the communication but however the stone is a lot smaller than I expected and I ordered a slightly bigger stone the 7x11. I also asked for an engravement on the ring but it was placed in the wrong spot and looks like scratches instead of what I wanted. Overall the ring is cute but did not meet my expectations.

Beautiful ring! We love that Alexandrite central piece, the diamonds, and the pearls in the ring, and it looks well made.

1 star taken off because of the lack of diamond certificates. We don't know if they are natural or the grading of them because of the lack of certification.

Otherwise, the ring seems perfect.

Beautiful ring, poor craftsmanship. I was disappointed to find the prongs holding the main stone on the ring started to fail around a year having the ring. The goldsmith who repaired my ring said the prongs were positioned incorrectly and were designed poorly. Now after a second prong has broken I feel it’s important to warn others before spending so much money on the ring. EDIT: downgrading this to one star because customer service representative Abby has completely ignored my emails for the last 3 months.
