Process from start to finish was very good - caring & compassionate correspondence with explanations of what was happening throughout the process. Received my ring with my husband's ashes - extremely happy with the ring and the fact that the colour could be changed to try to match up with a necklace given to me by my husband previously.

I cannot recommend Matt at Featherlings highly enough. I am so glad I trusted him to make a special keepsake following the passing of my father. The necklace was beautiful and I even had the remaining dried flowers sent back to me preserved in a beautiful bottle which now makes an additional gift for my mother. I thoroughly recommended Featherlings for sentimental pieces, they are in safe hands!

Do NOT buy jewellery from this company! I ordered a ring and paid over £150 for it. It was to put my granddaughters hair in. Something I could leave her when I died as it was her first curl. I chose the white background so as the hair would be visible. I received a ring that looks and feels like it’s come out of a Christmas cracker! Eventually got hold of “Matt” who told me the hair was in it!! Told him I’m not happy to have paid so much money for a cheap looking ring with no visible hair. He was rude and lost his temper when I said I wanted a refund and put the phone down after shouting “merry Christmas” UNPROFESSIONAL selling cheap rubbish! The ring apart from looking cheap also feels cheap and has NO weight to it.This was intended for my 60th birthday and is now useless! He did not care that I was really upset and disappointed. Never have I experienced such a rude uncaring seller. Happy to take my money for item that is not what I expected.

Your response is completely untrue! I made the mistake of thinking I’d ordered before from you however it was not you it was Milk diamonds who were Amazing! I called you as I was hugely disappointed with the item which was cheap looking, had no weight to it and NO sign of any hair. You did not discuss anything with me when I managed to get hold of you after several emails and calls. You were rude and dismissive and did not care less about how I felt and you told me directly that you were not happy with me describing in one of the several emails I sent to you that it was like something out of s Christmas cracker! This was exactly what it looked like. I told you I would like a refund. You began to raise your voice at me and then SHOUTED Merry Christmas and put the phone down leaving me no option to contact PayPal which you then agreed to a refund. I sent it special delivery which cost me to myself just under £10. I have proof that it was delivered to you by last Friday the 3rd of January and am still waiting for the agreed refund. There was no sign of any hair whatsoever in this “ring”
Seller had until date set by PayPal to fully refund me as after their investigation the findings were fully in my favour and chose not to do so! Not a surprise to me after previous unprofessional experience with rude unhelpful seller. Anyway thank god I paid through PayPal who fully refunded me and will get payment from this seller. Like said previously AVOID this company as I received utter cheap tacky rubbish and he turned aggressive when I said I was not happy and wanted a refund.

My partner booked us in to get permanent bracelets for my birthday, which was an amazing surprise and something I’ve always wanted!

Finding Featherlings was easy, and there was plenty of parking. We met Matt, the owner, who was very down-to-earth and made us feel incredibly welcome. The whole process was great – we didn’t feel rushed when picking our chains, and it was lovely to hear his story about how the company came about!

If you’re like us and have read some of the less positive reviews, please don’t let that stop you from going. It’s been almost a week since we got our forever bracelets, and despite both of us working demanding jobs, our bracelets are still just as shiny as when we left!

We will definitely be going back in the new year for more permanent jewellery and will be recommending Featherlings to friends and family who want something truly memorable!

The smallest of keyrings with the tiniest of fonts arrived.
Virtually unreadable.
What’s the point in giving someone a keyring that they can’t read?
We reached out to featherlings but they were not interested.
Very disappointing; commission a handwritten keyring with caution.
Based on this experience I would not recommend.
UPDATE
Having received a response to my review calling it “shitty” I would add that at no time during or after we had placed our order were we advised the writing would be so small.
It was only obvious once we received it.
I do wonder what the person who made it thought about the size of the text.

Would definitely recommend this company from start to finish they were caring and compassionate. Even when I asked for engraving on a particular locket that wasn’t advertised, they completed it first and showed me a picture to see if I liked it before I purchased it. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service the locket size photo are great quality and ordering was simple and straightforward got them within 2 days was more than happy with my photos Brilliant!!!

After careful consideration as to what company to use, I couldn’t be happier! Me and my sister wanted to get my mum a charm with a picture/ and our nans ashes (her mum) for her 50th birthday. The charm is beautiful, packaged lovely and the service was amazing, not to mention compared so some companies we looked into, the price was very reasonable. We are so happy with my mums charm that both myself and my sister are going to get one so all 3 of us have one to remember our Nan! My mum was over the moon and put the charm straight onto her Pandora bracelet. I love that any leftover resin with the ashes in for put into a little glass jar, basically a second memorial gift. Thanks to all at featherlings. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a memorial piece!

when the necklaces came i was initially pleased with them. Then they started to fade and lose colour. I contacted them, they said they had changed the chemicals they use and would sort them out. I sent them back and they cleaned them. A few months on they have faded again, and the photo of my son has blurred so badly i can no longer see him clearly. Their reply to my email was shocking. It must be something I am doing apparently, ( must be something my daughter is doing too, as hers is the same) even though the photo is sealed under resin which they put in place. I don't swim, I don't work with chemicals. I wonder if it was one of their children's ashes forever cast in jewellery would they be so dismissive? I would wait a few months before leaving a review, as i say, mine was lovely when it came!! or better still, buy from a more reputable company. This one is awful and doesnt care one bit about the feelings and the deep distress of their customers!! ordered on 19/5/22 first one came quickly, waited until 6/6 for the second one, to be told there was a problem with the photo, they then sent that one out a week or two after that, one returned on 14/9/22. second on 28/10 . it is now 20/7/23 and they have gone from bad to worse. Also, there is a visible fingerprint on one of them. Very poor. Cant even request a refund because my sons ashes are in there for good. I am seeking legal advice.

Customer service nil. Ordered charm for my sons ashes waited over a week for the packages to send my sons ashes in, complained to the company they didn’t like my email so cancelled the order like it was nothing. We are grieving parents wanting some sort of empathy but all we got was we didn’t like the wording of your email. Absolutely disgusting please don’t use this company they couldn’t care less and I agree the reviews MUST BE FAKE!! Think you will find I ordered on the Sunday asked on the Monday if I had ordered a kit which you said I had then my Friday I still hadn’t received the packages I have all the emails to prove this again you lie!!! Just sent the proof that ordered on the Sunday will send over emails I’d needs be
