I ordered a photo charm and when it arrived I wasn't happy with the photo I'd chosen, I emailed them and I sent it back and chose a different photo it was completely my fault as the first photo wasn't of a good standard. They replaced the picture for me and got it back to me in record time . They made no issue of it and we're so helpful would highly recommend them I now have a perfect picture charm yo treasure for ever

I had a ring made with my Dads ashes who passed away last October. I am very pleased with my beautiful ring. I would certainly use them again as they made the process very easy with the fact everything is still so upsetting. My ring has given me a bit of comfort knowing I have part of my Dad with me everyday. Thank you Featherlings.

Outstanding company I will be ordering more, Matt is fantastic. The whole process was handled with love and care and the way you receive the items is so thoughtful, you feel there has been so much thought put into the whole process and I absolutely love my charm, I can carry a bit of my beloved dog with me at all times, thank you again.

Had a fab hour this morning getting our bestie bracelets fitted. Matt did a full consultation with us both, and carefully fitted the chains we chose checking with us constantly on the fit. I would like to say a massive thank you to Matt at Featherlings for the beautiful ashes jewellery he made for me.
I ordered the silver heart ring and the silver heart pendant they arrived beautifully packed in a box with a certificate,a little keepsake with ashes in it, also a cleaning cloth. Once Matt had received the ashes my order was delivered within a week.
All through the process from ordering to being delivered nothing was a problem to Matt.

I ordered a personalised handwriting necklace & Keyring just before Xmas for my Mam & uncle, we lost my grandad the week before Xmas so it was a special gift for them with his handwriting on. I was amazed that they even came in time for Xmas and even more at the quality and accuracy of the engraving. I’ve just ordered a necklace for myself now too. Matt is such a kind and genuine guy. He managed to fit me in last minute for a permanent welded bracelet. He clearly explained everything. Showed me all my customisation options and different available charm options. There was so much choice but it wasn’t overwhelming. He made the whole experience personal and I would highly recommend Matt and featherlings. All the product information and after care is provided, honestly couldn’t ask for more :)

His customer service is above and beyond. And the bracelet feels such good quality.

I ordered 4 ashes items from Featherlings, 2 were for children as it was a family pet that had passed away.
I spoke to Matt on the phone as I didn’t think jewellery for two 9 year old was worth it and he was extremely helpful and caring coming up with ideas for what I could gift instead.

He talked me through the process from start to finish, made sure I had thought of everything and made sure I would receive it by a certain day as we were having an early Christmas with some friends.
