Josh was fantastic, we were never waiting on our side to get anything done, so we went at the speed of the other solicitors, which is a miracle in conveyancing! FDR portal made everything easy to see what I needed to do, and emails were pretty much always responded to within the day. Genuinely such a great experience and no stress, which is what you want when buying a house! I was buying my first property with the HTB bonus, and it was a leasehold, and they dealt with it all so easily. You get what you pay for, I nearly went for someone much cheaper but I really think it was money well spent to get me in the house quickly and easily.
