I really appreciated the time that Natalie took to gain a full understanding of both my requirements and the level of investment experience I had (pretty basic).
I needed someone to guide me through using the pension funds I had built up on my retirement. It was quite an overwhelming situation for me and Natalie was knowledgeable, professional and very empathetic. She was able to answer any queries I had throughout the process with a great deal of credibility which inspired confidence.
I was able to build a trusting relationship with her which was important for me as I needed a fair amount of support to feel comfortable in making the decisions that would support the lifestyle I wanted in my retirement whilst following an ethical investment approach.
Natalie consistently checked that I was comfortable with and understood the decisions I was making and I found the whole process less intimidating because of her approach.
I feel very confident that she will continue to support me well as time goes on.

I am sorry but I have to be honest based on my own experience.

Weeks and Weeks on from discussing a life plan with Andrew Smith I am still waiting as Zurich have contacted me several times regarding information that they have required or was not 100% clear to them in the initial application forwarded on from Andrew.

My initial contact and application with Andrew started in Early January which means over 2.5 months later i still do not have my life insurance in place, which is utterly ridiculous when you consider the fee's Flying Colours charge for their services. I only wish i had done this myself online now, as there is no way on earth it should take 2 and a half months {Still Waiting) to get my life insurance in place.

I found Andrew to be a pleasant guy but at times he came across as inexperienced when asking him questions and the responses were "erm errr i'm not sure i'll have to check that" we're only human i understand that but it does not leave you feeling very confident that the policy is going to be spot on going forward, because after all we are paying alot of money for these over time.

Overall disapointed with the service from flying colours and disapointed that going into 3 months soon my policy is still not in place.

Natalie really listened to me and didn't make me feel stupid for not being massively interested in the nuts and bolts of finance. I feel confident in her guidance.

Mark took the time to explain the various investment risks and to find a strategy that suited my situation. Hannah did a fantastic job sorting the transfer of funds. Many thanks to both - I would highly recommend.
