Was meant to receive an annual financial review - and after 4 years, got my first one. The advisor did discuss a number of details - and noted down I had changed my address - and indeed sent me the result of the review, to my new address. However the review, he wanted me to sign contained a lot of information we had not discussed, and so I was unhappy signing it.

The next year, a new advisor want to conduct a review, which was progress, however, he seemed oblivious to the fact that I needed to work, and could only manage certain dates and time - and when ever I suggested a date or time, he was out of the office.

After they doubled their fees, I decided enough was enough, and so informed them I was moving my account elsewhere.

Unfortunately, because they had failed to updated the investment platform with my new details, I could not move my money. Flying Colours say they could no longer update my details - the platform insisted they were the only ones who could.

After a bit of persuading I did manage to get the platform to amend my details - no help from Flying Colours, so eventually, after I spent a lot of my working day sorting out admin they should have sorted I am all good.

We approached flying colours after a very negative experience with another company. Natalie Donnell was very thorough and took the time to explain the various options available to us and made sure we completely understood the whole process,i cannot recommend Natalie highly enough .

She was extremely approachable and helpful, spending the time to get to know me and my family's circumstances and was extremely supportive. She took the time to explain quite complicated matters (to me, anyway) in very simple terms, ensuring I fully understood my options to make informed decisions.
