Good bits/bad bits
I'm not quite sure how to rate my experience. My ordering process was terrible, but the customer service to try and put it right was extremely good. My click-and-collect order was mislaid. Yes, it happens, but this is the fourth time in the last couple of years. Customer service put this right immediately, however, and for that I am grateful. But, during the process, a reply from me was required to their email, confirming my wishes and it was impossible to reply...I had to resort to WhatsApp, as my reply kept bouncing back. There would appear to be gremlins in their deliveries and email!
So, I'd award nul points to the ordering experience, but full marks for the efforts to correct this.

Only one parcel arrived
Only one parcel arrived. The other had been sent to the wrong store. I got an email saying I had to collect my parcel by Thursday so drove in only to find it still hasn't arrived well over a week later. The staff were very helpful and understood my frustration at the long wait and waste of time and petrol.

Overall good I got confusing emails on the day I was due to collect my order, one saying it would take a few more days then another saying it was in the shop. However staff in shop are great and I love the dress, good quality and fits well.
