Orders are dispatched promptly and delivered very quickly. Clarity for any returns are included in the parcel and very easy to understand and follow should you need to return anything. Clothes are of very good quality, - well made, robust and stylish.

So disappointed that as a company you do not stock and supply the larger lady plus sizes in store they are only available on line ….this is wrong and it’s discrimination against the larger lady ..may I suggest that they will in the future have them in store after all you take the name fat as part of your trade name then look after the fat people!!!!!!!!!! Watch their website. I. Ordered on line for home delivery at £3.95 but when I got the confirmation email it had defaulted to collect at store which would of course have been free. Emailed straight away but they refused to help and I had to go to the store where the manager said a few customers had had the same problem with the website.

I forgot to add one item to the order…
I forgot to add one item to the order (£150). I went online to see if I could add it on, but this was not possible (I do understand this). Online it said if I contacted customer services I could order said item, and I could be reimbursed the postage I contacted customer services, as suggested, and they said no!!!! I will buy a similar item elsewhere!!!! Its not a lit of money but I feel really cross.
